A question which alludes to older politicians who, as we have shown in other articles, took up the government of the land after the Junta with the task of upkeeping its policies under the pretext of ‘change’ and ‘liberalism’ is what really does contain in its proper answer the real image of the sociopolitical situation in Greece and anywhere else similar pre-constructed claims are heard.

Many answers have been given from ‘nobody’ to ‘those outside’, which are all wrong when seen in isolation or at best partially right. In this article we will see who truly governs this land as well as who would be able to govern this land should they truly want to as they claim.

Let us begin with the typical answer the occasional state representative would give and gives, which is: “this land is governed by the People with their vote”. That is false and distorted, and we can prove it very simply on the one had through the election laws where 30 or 40% of the Citizens who go to vote is enough to establish people seeking power. This means at first glance that 60 to 70% of the Citizens who go to vote do not agree with the choice made and have not voted for it. If we take into accound that there is a percentage of abstinence from voting at around 30% on the average, we immediately see that we are talking about 30% of the 70% of the whole of the population of Citizens with full rights, that is, an even lesser percentage of Citizens than what we perceive at first glance. Also, taking into account the blank ballots and the invalid ones which also imply a non-choice of the ‘elected government’, we understand that not only do the People NOT govern through their vote, but a group as scarcely numbered as the aristocracy of past years (i.e., the ones registered in the assorted political parties, the clients of the occasional specific people coveting power) and in a more close inspection we can demonstrate and realize that this group is tantamount to the old aristocracy even at the level of ‘big clans’ and families who are holding all the positions and opportunities (from the governmental level to the level of the municipality sanitation department position) which the Greek Citizens had afforded to the state to make available.

Therefore, it is not the People who are ruling with their vote. Nor are they ruling with their will as it has been rendered clear in the blatant, provocative and disdaining manner with which they are ignored each time they express themselves and make demands through protests or formal complaints and filings.

Who, then, governs this land?

The next best answer is the government: the prime minister and the ministers/ chiefs/ supervisors at the head of every governmental/ state agency and enterprise. At first glance, this sounds closer to the truth. But if we look more closely we will find that this doesn’t hold true either. Even at a simple view of their daily program (social visits, meetings, promotion, attendance for the mass media, campaigns and trips) it is immediately obvious that it is humanly impossible for any such official to sit and focus or occupy him/herself with governing and decision making even at the simple level of debriefing and conceptualization just because of schedule (the day only has 24 hours, of which at least 6 are necessary for sleep to ensure normal mental functioning).

The above, i.e. that no such official governs nor takes the decisions/ initiative is evidence and substantiated also by the fact that they all without fail regurgitate and parrot the exact same sentences and ideas, so identically that the possibility of individual thought and positioning on any one matter is ruled out. In this current week we have an excellent example with the statements of the members of the governing political party regarding the unacceptable and legally and logically unfounded and traitorous verdict regarding the Vatopedion scandal: when asked why they did not name culprits while they accept ‘political’ responsibility, they all say “our party made a breakthrough/ had the courage to/ dared to recognize responsibility when no other/ when all the past 13 committees/ when all the rest never did.”

We see therefore that the government doesn’t govern this land either, its job is just to serve/ present/ support with several tricks/ pretenses/ pretexts/ identities/ ideologies the one and unchanged governmental policy which has no political party identity and has existed since the founding of the modern Greek state in 1830 at least.

Who, then, rules this land?

The third answer usually given involves a nebulous intermixture of shady backstage personalities enforcing and governing at will, obscurely and on the safe side, using as a parapet the government. Those might be called ‘those outside’, ‘the foreigners’, ‘the Americans’, ‘NATO’, ‘the EU’, ‘the palace’, ‘the capital holders’, ‘the state invisibles’, etc.

That is to a great extent true. But because it always remains so vague and undefined, it has the same quality and properties as the ‘terrorists’, that is, that it is impossible to personalize it or even isolate by definition specific groups, as it had happened during the Second World War when Hitler and the 3rd Reich (falsely or not) had assumed the identity and responsibility of ‘the one that governs’ and as such took the global consequences as well, even though in all the countries Hitler conquered there were also local/ ‘national’ governments.

But now, even though everyone speculates with more or less proof regarding their theories, nobody has managed to make official and globally accepted (or even nationally) a group as the de facto responsible for the governing of the land. Therefore, while the responsibilities are many and specific, they float in the air, being charged to nobody and everyone in the same time. Therefore they all remain unpunished and the governing goes on unhindered and without consequence.

In the end, who governs this land?

In order to give the correct answer without further vagueness we will need to find and substantiate the answers to the following two questions:

1. how many are following the same line of governing/ exercising of power?
2. who are those enforcing it?

The answer to question (1) is that all the states without fail (with a question mark regarding those who are not in the centre of events and/or are hard to make research on their type of governance and their People’s sociopolitical competence) have the exact same, to the point of military uniformity, policy, governance and propaganda. That shows us that the one who decides and designs for the line of governance is an international agency who decides on the governance line and delegates its enforcement to the assortment local governments and international organizations. That is not a schema shrouded in mystery and odd medieval ceremonies but an organization which is presented as a ‘think tank’ and does not have/ accept a political identity/ quality, but rather an academic and scientific one: we are referring to the schema of global designers who are openly admitting to their activity and who at this period have the name RAND (Research And Development), without of course limiting themselves only to that. A simple research in the internet will reveal not only its identity but also the location of their offices as well as all the governmental policy directions they have given world wide. The heads of RAND are offspring of synasties and can give us an idea about the previous identities of the particular group of governmental planning.

The answer to question (2), although primarily it tends to be ‘by the politicians’, that is true only on the level of propaganda and enforcement through public relations. On the administrative level we have a whole court of people who have never been voted for or ever publicly presented (when we say publicly, we mean through the mass media at least on the same level with the announcement of a cabinet shuffle) to the People with the particular job title of ‘consultant’, or ‘secretary’ or ‘supervisor’ or ‘commissioner’ and who take it upon themselves to keep the People at a distance from the politicians (who would not have been able to withstand the objective Popular pressure) exactly like the moat keeps the invader away from the castle.

In this site we already carry several complaints demonstrating this exact handling by this ‘court’ which is informal and invisible and has its agents in all the administrative positions of the state from the simple tellers and special guards at the doors of the buildings and in the protests, like the one who murdered Alexis willingly and in cold blood, to the assistants/ consultants of the ministers and their secretaries who refuse to inform or allow access to the politicians who are paid and charged with seeing to and answering for everything that happens to the Citizens.

In the near future, along with the overall Declaration and the already existing complaints for the Greek Manpower Employment Organization and the duties of the prime minister and the highest officials of Greece, we will present complaints against the justice system and the economy as well as the court which holds them and fortify them with their lawlessness.

Consequently, the one who governs this land and all the other lands is a small group of specific families and their dynasties from top to bottom who are hiding behind science (as they used to hide behind religion in the past) and a multitude of unseen, seemingly ‘simple citizens’ from bottom to top, also based on family secured offices/ranks defend and enforce the orders from above. Those usually and in their majority are easily found in the lists of the first 7 political parties of each country.

Therefore, we also see that we can answer the question of the youth regarding the lack of meritocracy: if meritocracy was allowed to exist in any level of society within and out of Greece, then it would be completely impossible to successfully carry out any act of enforcement and stratification of the population according to genealogy and/or heredity (either of name or accolade).
