The Hellenic Constitution is a work for which the Greek People fought and literally shed blood to enforce it as the basic safety valve against those groups which have since forever sapped arbitrarily and parasitically the People themselves and the country in general.
From the moment of its passage and onewards it has undergone assorted alterations and changes, always with the pretext of betterment. In essence, a careful perusal of each version-evolution of the Constitution will reveal that no Constitution has ever been perfect or completely hostile to the parasitic groups and their representatives who exist within Parliament and of course defend their interests.
However, every Constitution (and that is and has always been a great victory of the People to enforce it) had by obligation stipulations that cannot be abolished without telling the People out right that not only the Regime by Humanitarianism itself are to be arbitrarily breached to seek a return to medieval conditions of the Turkish occupation, feudalism and the Franc occupation.
Also, not one dares to openly say they breach the Constitution exactly because the People immediately would understand that what they are experiencing has nothing to do with the Democracy that the Citizen has been raised to think he/she is enjoying. Everything is done silently and through manipulation tactics obstructing the People to realize the daily breaching of the Constitution.
In particular, beyond the assorted law-breakings and unconstitutional legislations-conditions-policies each Citizen feels ill equipped and ill trained to evaluate critically without an interpreter of the mass media, the average Citizen feels that the Constitution is too big/ too complicated to know and therefore evaluate whether it is being breached or not.
But that is false. The only thing the Citizen needs to know there exists in the Constitution is Article 4.
Article 4 of the Constitution states the following:
1. Hellenes/Greeks are equal before the Law.
2. Hellenic/Greek men and women have equal rights and obligations.
The above two stipulations have been breached at least since the reinstatement of the Democracy (metapolitefsi) completely and daily. Were these two stipulations kept then a great percentage of the anomy, effusion and audacity we witness around us by the assorted politicians, commentators, great capital holders, clergy, ‘humanitarians’, academics, artists, etc wouldn’t be able to exist.
“Equal before the Law” means that breaking the Law is not allowed when the criminal/ outlaw is in a public position, is a great capital holder, banker, multinational corporation executive, famous, in politics, journalist, etc if this Law is being held for even a single other Citizen. To give an example: since the Law considers that the signature of a Citizen on a document formalizes and legalizes his/her responsible consent regarding all that is said and everything that is binding to him/her within that document, regardless of his/her qualm during the signing that he/she did not make official because he/she desired the benefits of the deal, then the same should hold for every banker who signed the particular binding terms that would grant him the 28 billion euro from the state, i.e. Citizens’ money. Failure to honour this signature of the banker by the banker must be punished according to the same Law through which any other Citizen not keeping his/her signature would be also caught.
For the while this is not happening, the Constitution has been breached since Article 4, paragraph 1 is not upheld.
The same goes for the taxes to the state funds, the payment of the state businesses for electricity, water, phone, gas, taxation, the mismanagement/ embezzlement of funds, the eligibility for state funding, the eligibility/ true probability of being hired, the potential of being commissioned by the state, and several other benefits, obligations and general interaction of the Citizens with the Law and the state.
Also, “equal rights and obligations” means that all the Citizens must have their Human Rights ensured (food, shelter, work, true education, medical care) without negotiations or any possibility of having them revoked. Regarding obligations, it isn’t possible to demand obligations such as the payment of taxes and emergency taxes by just a part of the Citizens and quite disproportionately (which is a breach of paragraph 5 of Article 4 of the Constitution) while the obligations of any kind disappear from a social class and up. Equal obligations means that the professions and businesses of all the Citizens will have the same treatment by the state in the checks, protection, funding, promotion and ensuring of clientele (as is the case with the banks, since the state urges and has urged the People to take loans to be able to meet state obligations).
If the above are not happening and while they are not happening, the Constitution is being breached in silence and with the cover of the ignorance of the People. The Constitution is absolute: either it is followed or it is breached. There is no middle way.
Therefore, the only thing necessary for each Citizen to throw off the blatant injustice and shameless derision parading daily on television and the rest of the mass media as well as in the daily interaction with services and state agencies/ politicians is knowledge of Article 4 and the anger necessary due to the brashness with which it was abolished by those who defrauded the vote of the Greek People along with their Freedom and fortune.
