Yesterday, Monday 6 February 2012 we finally managed to contact the
International Criminal Court (ICC), the Hague, where as already
announced, we have filed a motion according to Article 15 of the Rome
Convention against George A Papandreou (GAP) including all those
supporting his government (which also includes todayʼs occupation
government headed by L. Papademos, the troika, etc) to inquire about
the progress of the motion.
ICCʼs standard policy is for the person answering the phone to bar
access to any other members of his/her department, and especially to
the office of the Public Prosecutor. That policy the receptionist
tried to enforce in our case as well. However, when a very small
number of fellow Greeks from abroad and other philhellenes from the US
and the Hague itself phoned in and pressurized the ICC to release
information about the progress of the motion, we were given access to
the office of the Prosecutor but also important information which in
turn gave us a pretty good idea of how that particular Court works,
and how it prioritizes: Completely in proportion to the pressure it
receives and the sources it receives it from.
So far today, this particular Court has received no pressure by any
one of us from the Greek People (i.e., every anonymous Citizen without
access to government apparatus fighting only by means of his
disobedience to unconstitutional decrees issued by an unconstitutional
government). Thus, the ICC probably do not regard the situation in
Greece as having emergency status, as they have told us over the phone
that they are still processing the motion.
However if they are unambiguously shown that the Greek People is in
deed in an utter emergency and faces extinction as well as lacking any
legal protection, and demand from ICC to act at once in accordance
with its Charter and subpoena the accused and their collaborators, the
Hague will respond because they will be faced with the pressure from a
whole People and it would be the tangible result of popular anger that
must counteract the pressure coming from a handful of hypocritical
capitalists, who, on the first sign that the enforcement of 120Σ is
under way will swing as usual and act as if they have ever been the
most enthusiastic to the cause.
When 5 persons who kept on insisting to speak to them, forced them to
give access to the ʽinaccessible chambersʼ of the Prosecutor, what
will they do if faced with 500 emails, or 5,000, or 500,000, or
1,000,000 or even 5,000,000?
The time has come for the Greek People to do this one move in
resistance that will not go away with tear gas nor will it be
dispersed by cruelly attacking riot police, nor will it in anyway ever
be liable to indictment, so that we show them that we demand the
arrest of all those criminals and their collaborators who wish the
death of all of us as well as of our children and parents, and that we
shall never give this fight up.
Since we have traitors in power, we shall have to shout the ʽOXIʼ (NO)
on their faces once again, as a Greek People who have always been
saying it and urged others to say it as well.
You can email the Prosecutorʼs Office at the ICC according to Article
15 of the Convention of Rome at: otp.informationdesk@icc-cpi.int . Or,
if you would rather fax them, the number is: +31 70 515 8555
The suggested text, that we have already sent them (it must be only in
English or French) is:
“TO : INFORMATION AND EVIDENCE UNIT
Office of the Prosecutor
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
On 11/10/2011 there was sent to you from Greece by two of my fellow Greek Citizens, via EMS express mail ( register post number EE201101791GR ), a Communication with assorted evidence pertaining to the crimes of Genocide and Crimes against Humanity being committed at the expense of the Greek People to the point that we are facing
famine, death from exposure, death due to lack of medical and
pharmaceutical aid, a complete dissolution of our State in terms of
welfare, social state, judiciary support and generally state of
justice and security, the text of which I am aware of and fully agree with.
When the Communication was made, things were not as desperate as they
are now : children collapse because of famine at schools, people do not get paid
wages and when they are they cannot sustain themselves or their
families on them, the elderly are dying of easily curable diseases,
and the suicide rate is skyrocketing.
Since the Communication and Request to put a stopper to
those who are rampaging through Greece was sent to you, people who did not need to have
already died as a direct result of these destructive policies that were
duly described and corroborated within that document. If you wait more, the number of victims will increase geometrically by the day and it is highly likely that even we will not be able to either communicate with you or
survive.
We urgently, due to extreme circumstances becoming more life
threatening by the day, demand that you respond with utmost urgency so that :
1. the Crimes the aforementioned Communication delineates are stopped because right now they are still being committed with shocking callousness and inhumanity reminiscent of WWII Axis tactics.
2. the perpetrators of these Crimes and the sum of their accomplices are indicted and brought to Justice since within our borders that is practically impossible due to the lack of a State of Justice.
3. you donʼt force us to defend our lives anyway we see fit, as our
Constitution which is currently being brutally breached and violated
demands.
We are peace loving and law abiding people but if you show the same
disregard for Human Rights and Sovereign Rights in the face of the
entirety of the Greek People we will assume that you are indirectly
condoning the atrocities being committed against us and you are
powerless / unwilling to serve the purpose for which you were
established and are currently being paid and funded by the tax payers
of the world.
Awaiting your immediate response,
Sincerely,”
Of course the text above is only a suggestion. The point is that the
message you will send must show that you actively wish to have a
response from the ICC regarding the motion that offers to all Greeks
protection from the consequences of the Memorandum and anchors the
just demands for reparations.
Let us show the Hague and the international public opinion that claims
it is being misinformed, how much we are in an emergency and how
resolved we stand to see Greece return to prosperity and life to our
hands, so that we have both a life and a future as a Country.
Long live Greece and the Greek People! Long live 120Σ!
