The definition of a state apparatus is based on the following function: receiving the ʽfuelʼ, e.g., the taxes by the Citizens (the logic of which initially was the same as a contribution to an exclusive club or institution or association), the apparatus produces free or low-cost services for its Citizens – contributors.
These services, according to the Constitution of the formally stated but actually functioning Democratic State, concern in different degrees of intervention or support, depending on the state in question, the four pillars of protection and support of a society: health, education, transport and communication, protection (police, the armed forces, the justice system).
That is why, according to taxation Law, the basis of the obligation of every Citizen of the Greek State to pay taxes rests precisely on this reciprocity: the state is obliged to reciprocate to the totality of the Greek People in goods and services AT LEAST commensurate to the sum of taxation exacted from the Citizens, otherwise the whole process of taxation or the demand to receive tax is nothing else but theft and fraud.
What is really happening in Greece today and is geometrically becoming worse and worse, is that the illegal governments of at least the recent years, acting on the behest and behalf of their foreign masters, as they themselves shamelessly admitted in Parliament (see S.Kedikoglouʼs statement about ʽpassing laws at the beck and call of the troikaʼ), HAVE REPLACED THE STATE APPARATUS WITH A COLONIALIST TAX-COLLECTING MACHINERY WITH SUPPRESSING FUNCTIONS OF THE TYPE OF 19TH CENTURY ENGLISH COLONIALISM AND NAZI-LIKE EXTERMINATION OF THE NON-COMBATANTS.
In other words, on the one hand the sum of collected taxation is not being reciprocally given back in the form of state-produced goods and services for the benefit of the Greek People as the Greek Constitution prescribes, but is instead siphoned off to the ʽlendersʼ; on the other hand, the sum total of the Countryʼs infrastructure, from the state organizations to the sum of the Public Sector is being dislodged, decomposed and partitioned in a razing typically done in history by colonialist forces and forceful occupiers of foreign lands since time immemorial:
*schools are closing down
*hospitals are closing down
*vitally important goods and services are fast becoming financially unbearable of the Citizens (DEI (State Power), EYDAP (State Water), OTE (State Telecom)
*transport costs have hit the ceiling and have become prohibitive for the Citizens (toll tax, traffic tax, car insurance, mass transport tickets, along with sea and air fares, etc)
*access to Justice has become prohibitive for financial reasons (dues start from 150 euro for any sort of penal action and at least 3 euro just to make a formal written request, to gain access to judicial records, to get officially informed about the progress of your case, each time you do so).
*Access to Justice becomes impossible also due to an imposition of anti-constitutional and anti-human rights laws, the citizenʼs inability to question the action of judges or prosecutors or any of the judiciary, and a widespread opaqueness in attributing responsibility / and evasion of culpability by means of a refusal to use proper equipment to record the court processes.
*Security for the Citizens is simply non-existent either in terms of the protection against crime which is rising mainly due to the unrecorded illegal aliens-settlers, or in terms of the diplomatic or other inter-national dangers (ranging from the basest international vilification of the Greek Identity to the open provocations by states such as Turkey, FYROM, Albania, Bulgaria, to the factual absence of Greek diplomacy in international forums).
*Citizensʼ health is being degraded rather than protected due to lack of access to medical care and prevention, which is aggravated by the exposure of the local population to carriers of infectious diseases, who are free to mingle with the population, uncontrolled, unrecorded while already sick, letting alone the rise in prostitution and human trafficking taking place by means of illegal migration and human exploitation by the same caste who is in control of key positions in the state apparatus.
*Access to work, development of entrepreneurial activity in the form of family business, any effort to secure a standard of living above the line of poverty and giving birth to the next generation of the Greek Citizens is strictly forbidden, either through the hyper-taxation and the prohibitive insurance dues (OAEE) as well as the specialization tax, or through being punished for having children since indirectly but certainly, for every child born to Greek parents, their household is punished by extra dues and taxes but no support from the state whatsoever.
*Private ownership and access to housing in general as far as Greek Citizens is concerned is punished and is methodically being taken back by organized auctions and fake debts (many time ʽretroactively setʼ and many times paid over already).
*Access to foodstuffs becomes prohibitive since they are of the most highly value-added taxed goods, even for essential foods such bread, milk, sugar, pasta and oil, let alone fruit and vegetables or the even higher-taxed dairy products.
All the above do not include the degradation of the private sector services, which they, too, are financially inaccessible to Greek Citizens, do not include the degradation to access to education and culture, do not include the degradation to access to entertainment and information, and mainly, they do not include the collective impact on the Greek society that leads Greeks to migration, marginalization and social lockout, to death from curable diseases, to premature death due to untreated chronic illnesses (i.e., diabetes, kidney disease, heart disease, cancer, etc) and the suicides for financial reasons or social embarrassment that poverty and the inability to self-sustenance brings.
Of course, Greek Citizens react and resist forcefully in many ways in this war of extermination by financial means, and that is the reason we are facing the following reactions on the part of the other side, the governmental posts.:
· Suppression of demonstration by use of force that is prohibited by the International Declaration of Human Rights
· Prohibition of demonstrations of any kind
· Prohibition of access to public places during visits of the holders of the governmental posts (for example see how the whole centre ff Athens was cordoned off during Schäubleʼs visit).
· Police state and prohibition to even walk by the general area where the holders of the governmental posts live
· Police state by constant threats to Citizens for civil disobedience, resistance to authority, contempt, etc., when Citizens simply exercise their right to refuse to comply to illegal or arbitrary orders or suggestions by officers of the law or members of the judiciary (for example under threat for civil disobedience charges if the Citizen refuses to sign a document as is his or her inalienable right).
· A deluge of issuing and circulating false receipts by the state particularly as far as the payment of pensions is concerned to real beneficiaries who are left unpaid, while the state declares in its own documents that payment has been done, as well as every such uncontrollable lawlessness exhibited on the part of the state against the Citizens.
· Particularly violent and abusive propaganda by the state-led mass media so that the Greek Citizens will despair and get terrorized so as to remain idle and confused, while abroad, a picture of legality, compromise, consent and normality / welfare is being projected (which thankfully is being systematically crumpling in geometric progression day by day as we can see from the international press).
· Continuous infringements of duty committed by the high members of the judiciary (see decisions of the High Appeal Court and State Legislative Council about the Memorandum and associated issues) who, by means of their abetting and cover, over to the holders of the governmental positions a fragile but existent façade of legality, and who order their lower rank and file in the judiciary to act similarly against particular Citizens.
So, based on all the above, there is no doubt that there is no state apparatus in Greece. It has been supplanted by one of the most cruel and exterminating colonialist machineries of the 21st century, with apartheid practices and Nazi-type exclusionary and exterminating tactics against the Greek Citizens, since every non-Greek, or anti-Greek, or collaborator, or traitor enjoys impunity and a lawless free hand in Greece, including all those remaining in the public sector after the multitude of proscriptions and mass redundancies still in process, in the form of the new lower rank and file of the collaborators and the cronies.
So, since we all know and have felt it on our skin that all the above is true, we must at last realise that we are being targeted against our knowledge or will by an exterminating aggressive war and should perceive of every move of this colonialist apparatus (because it is wrong to think of it as state apparatus) as an attack tactic against us THAT REQUIRES A COUNTERATTACK FROM US TO SAVE OUR LIVES.
The counterattack takes many forms and actions and succeeds MAINLY BY COORDINATION OF CITIZENS AND GROUPS OF FELLOW CITIZENS WITHOUT BECOMING NECESSARILY MEMBERS OF SUCH GROUPS, OR BE FORCED TO COMMIT TO ANY FORM OF CONTRIBUTIONS, BECAUSE IF SUCH IS THE CASE, THERE IS A DIRE DANGER OF CONTROL BY THE ENEMY, AS THE PAST HAS SO MANY TIMES TAUGHT US SO.
THE COUNTERATTACK:
NEEDS legal action
NEEDS ACTIONS of the type of Ierissos and Keratea.
NEEDS counter-propaganda to their propaganda within the country so that we can support one another, but MAINLY outside the country, to our basically uninformed fellow Citizens abroad, and the public opinion of other Countries.
NEEDS the systematic information of the Diaspora Greeks who are being bombarded by the propaganda of the enemy.
NEEDS the coordinated counterattack to the international Organizations which have deaf ears or are idle, by bringing this to light by every one of us.
NEEDS to defend our rights by every means possible to secure access to water, power, foodstuffs, information, freedom of transport and action.
IF WE DO ALL THAT STARTING IMMEDIATELY, BY CIRCULATING THIS ARTICLE THAT SETS THE FRAMEWORK OF ACTION AND CONTINUING WITH ACTION ON EVERYTHING AND EVERYONE IN TANDEM, THEN OUR COUNTRY SHALL BE SET FREE AT ONCE BECAUSE WE SHALL BE VICTORIOUS IN THIS WAR AND BE READY FOR THE NEW ERA TO REALLY DEFEND DEMOCRACY AND OUR FREEDOM AND THE NEW FREE GREEK STATE APPARATUS.
We, starting from this coming Monday August 5, 2013 and systematically in this month, following many requests by Greek Citizens from all walks of life and posts, political stances and religious beliefs, we shall provide help to the Resistance against all instances of this colonialist scheme such as revenue service, insurance funds, the police, the judiciary, the civil service, etc who have been victimised and terrorized and alienated from their rights just because they are Greek Citizens and want to remain so in their Greece, we shall in response issue forms for strategic legal actions, and we commit ourselves to help as best we can every fellow Greek who needs such help, by doing all of the above that are needed to free our Country from the cronyism that exploits our posts and the ʽprotectorsʼ who have torn to pieces and gamble on the belongings of Greece and Greeks.
LONG LIVE GREECE! LONG LIVE THE GREEK PEOPLE! LONG LIVE 120Σ (ΕΧ 1-1-4Σ).
