Some years now, (especially since 9/11) internationally and in every way and method one can note terrorist attacks, mafia attacks, criminal extremes as well as great damages by accidents at a rate and consistency that did not exist in previous decades before 2000 in this level. So one can notice a continual outbreak without any sign of letting up which blooms, just as the ever increasing security measures do in every country, without anyone wondering how this can be possible since these two rates should be reversely proportional and not proportional.

The Citizens of every country are bombarded with continuous appeals from more security by the mass media, without mentioning or explaining the increase, as they claim, of criminality after the application of the last wave of security measures and the funds invested in them.

Also, specific, ‘terrorist’ groups are repeatedly and constantly mentioned as responsible for the several blows, through communication from these groups to the mass media and the issue is not ever addressed that the level of the already installed technology, human staff aside, does not allow the non-discovery of all the members and bases of these groups nor is addressed how it is possible to have communications from these groups to the media without tracing the sender and therefore the group that used him/her.

Therefore, the only thing we can infer from the above situation is that this condition serves and facilitates fully the policing of People which would not have been tolerated with any other pretext and which, without this pretext would have to immediately stop since no People upon the earth would accept it.

Therefore, two things can be deduced on the basis of who benefits:

1. the People is not benefited since terrorists continue taking a toll of blood from them internationally
2. the financial and administrative benefiting parties are the ones who need to control the People and know the wishes/ urges in the People so that they will be able to protect themselves in case the People stops accepting the exploitation done to them financially, academically and socially.
