When a government breaches the Constitution, it is reason and stipulation to have it topple and its members face charges and persecution. The insanity that all of us have begun witnessing in this year’s National elections is that the government and the opposition announce highly unconstitutional programs to win over the Public vote and the administration for which they will swear with religious oath Faith and Obeisance to the Constitution: that same Constitution they promise to completely ignore in the proclamations with which they hope to be elected. That is called madness if it is due to an actual psychological dysfunction or alternatively it is characterized as brazenness, shamelessness, malevolence and jeering of the People, when manifested by individuals not suffering psychological problems.
The Constitution, no matter how much it is altered by malevolent editings to it, has some parts which are forbidden in any case to be altered and changed: it is the entire part guaranteeing the protection of Human Rights, the Power of the People over the State and its administration and the obligation of everyone to defend the Regime of Democracy.
In the program of K. Karamanlis, all of the above non contenstable and non negotiable Rights of an entire People ARE ABOLISHED. That can easily be ascertained through the speech that individual delivered representing his party and up to now (in waiting for the speech by G. Papandreou) by the responses and commentaries of representatives of the opposition.
In particular, article 4 of the Constitution has 7 paragraphs of which paragraph 1 (“All Hellenes are equal before the Law”), 2 (“ Hellenes have the same rights and obligations”) and 5 (“Hellenes contribute without differentiations to the public financial burdens ACCORDING TO THEIR CAPACITIES”) are blatantly breached in the program announced by this individual who, had not he and his predecessors corrupted fully the judicial, legal and university sectors, should already, before even managing to complete his speech, be called to answer to the attorney on call for Thessaloniki as an enemy to the Constitution, an abuser of Human Rights and therefore an enemy of the People and Humans.
With the announcement of cuts to pensions and salaries that are already below poverty level, with the targeting of all the social strata from the upper middle class and down WHILE NO TARGETING OR MEASURE IS ANNOUNCED FOR THE BANKS, THE GREAT CAPITAL HOLDERS AND THE DYNASTY-FAMILIES LIVING AND GROWING RICH- WITHOUT OFFERING ANYTHING- BY THE FUNDINGS AND OFFICIAL AND UNOFFICIAL GIFTS OFFERED TO THEM BY THE GOVERNMENT, ALL THE FOUNDING CONSTITUTION ARTICLES AS THEY WERE PREVIOUSLY MENTIONED ARE BREACHED AND ALL OF GREECE IS BEING FEUDALIZED UNDER THE COMPLETE RESPONSIBILITY AND CARE OF THE BAND-PARTY OF K. KARAMANLIS.
This practice, of course, is a simple intensification of the preparation made by the previous PASOK administrations and of all the setting of redistribution of wealth and income to the highest social strata and in particular to very specific and low in number families-dynasties-clans-kinships that have been exploiting Greece (and more) since before Greece’s official modern founding. The names of these families are known through documents and the only reason the People don’t widely know about them is due to the lack of information, censorship, misinformation, etc, as well as the last name changes either through marriage or willingly done, when these families try to avoid public wrath.
The announcements regarding labour, insurance and health care are against the articles of the Constitution number 5 paragraph 2 (“ all those upon Hellenic soil enjoy the complete protection of life, honour and their freedom without differentiation of nationality, race, language and religious or political beliefs”), paragraph 5 (“everyone has the right to the protection of their health”), article 17 (“property is under the protection and vouching of the state, which sees to the creation of conditions of employment for all of the Citizens and for the moral and material maximization of the working agricultural and rural population. All the working individuals, regardless of gender or other discrimination, have the right to equal pay for service / work rendered of equal value”) paragraph 4 (“any form of forced labour is forbidden”), paragraph 5 (“the state sees to the social welfare/ insurance of the working individuals”).
Of course, “without differentiation” does not just mean without racial/ religious/ national discrimination but also WITHOUT CLASS, FAMILY/ FAMILY TREE, POLITICAL AND POLITICAL PARTY DISCRIMINATION. The very, that is, thing that K. Karamanlis ensured, and actually with his personal responsibility, that he will ruthlessly impose on all the Hellenic Citizens that do not belong to one of the categories of oligarchic feudalism that political party of this person faithfully serves.
The official announcement he made that he will ignore labour contracts and labour demonstrations/ manifestations (with their limitation or forbiddance) officially as well (unofficially it has been the standard policy of the last ten years) is a breach of article 23 paragraph 1 of the Constitution (“the state takes the appropriate measures to protect syndicalism freedom and unobstructed use of the related to it rights against any undermining within the boundaries of the Law”).
Especially prominent is the unabashed lack of reference to / apology for the highly disastrous fires and the lack of announcement for the restoration of the forested areas burned and their relinquishment back in full to national property, fact which is multiple breach of article 24 paragraph 1 of the Constitution (“the protection of the natural and cultural environment is an obligation of the state and a right of anyone. For their protection the state is obliged to take special preemptive measures or counter acting measures in the frame of the beginning of floral bloom ”).
The articles we haven’t mentioned here and which are also breached heavily are many, and even in the articles we mentioned we just made a passing and sample-taking presentation due to space and time limitation, so that an idea of the extent of the run-around and jeering of the People is given. The very People called to give formal consent in the name of Democracy for the abolition of their Constitution and the installation of a ruthless but unofficial dictatorship and feudalism where the millions of Greeks will work for (limited) food only and a place to sleep that won’t belong to them, as they deposit the wealth they produce to the assorted modern feudal lord / economic kinglet who has already embezzled and exploited National Lands, National businesses, infrastructure, transport networks, communications and the mass media.
We will close this with the very mention-admission of his unconstitutionality by the aspiring dictator Karamanlis in today’s press conference that he gave in the ITF: His error in his administration so far is that he didn’t push the reforms without waiting to get consent and have argumentative dialogue, thus losing time(!).
He couldn’t say more clearly that he is anti-People and anti-Humanitarian and anti-Democratic: that is, that he is anti-Hellene and a traitor to the Hellenic People, and opprobrious to our ancestors who fought for us to have the Constitutional protection that he disdains and handles as if it were the last casual memo or letter of some unimportant backward dreamer who has gone forever, and an insult to our identity across time as a People by nature progressive, groundbreaking and with zero tolerance to the abuse and debasement of Humans.
