A basic characteristic of a person who is a manipulator and criminal in his/her behavior is that he/she acts in the side lines and only when the focus of the public opinion, the law and substantiation is turned elsewhere. Also, these people have brashness which, as a manipulation tool, relies on the fact that normal Individuals will not be able to conceive that what the manipulator says or does with brashness is a lie or illegal (that manifests in the very natural question/ reaction of a normal Person “but is it possible that he/she is so blatant with what he/she says and does?”)
In a previous article we described the whole mechanism of the covert dictatorship existing in Greece since 1974 and onwards and we also displayed as much with our testimonials and the reactions triggered by our Democratic activity and demands the truth of the matter. The episode in the District Attorney’s office which we described in that article took place on September 18 2008. The same day the law suit regarding high treason and breaching of duty by all the officials charged with protecting and defending the Constitution, the Citizens and Democracy.
On September 29 we received a letter from the President of the Democracy, (in particular from his personal office) who is included in those sued for high treason, the letter we are presenting at the end of the article, dated September 18 2008.
In this letter the President of the Democracy claims with his statement that it is not in his jurisdiction to make any move to protect the Constitution and the Democracy when those are threatened and when they are provably serially breached.
This letter of his is an official breach of the Constitution of Greece and of the Oath the President of the Democracy takes during assumption of his duties, and which Oath is a requirement for this assumption and sealed in its gravity by invoking the Holy Trinity.
Here we will only present the Oath he takes and the list of the articles of the Constitution this letter ignores/ breaches regarding the jurisdiction and responsibility of the President of the Democracy that the President himself through his authorized functionary declares he does not have.

2. The President of the Democracy, before assuming duties, takes before the Parliament the following oath: “I swear in name of the Holy Trinity to upkeep the Constitution and the laws, to see to their faithful following, to defend the national independence and the integrity of the Country, to protect the rights and freedoms of the Greeks and to serve the general interest and progress of the Greek People”.
