As you must have already understood by reading the baseless and completely unsupported answer of the police as a response to our letter that demanded observance of and respect for our Constitutional Rights, ELAS (Hellenic Police) is attempting to support a claim by twisting and selectively re-interpreting the law, and by distracting attention away from the real issue and to certain laws according to which ELAS is legitimately using its means to achieve psychological and actual suppression of the average citizenʼs right to free access.

As you are going through the answer that we suggest you send to GADA (in case you have still not received an answer from them, please find attached copy of their response to us which should be identical to the ones you will receive), please consider that according to the rulings of the Supreme Court of Appeals and the Supreme State Court, ʽpeaceful crowdʼ is defined as the crowd of people who are not engaged in committing a criminal activity as defined by the penal lawʼ, i.e., ʽpeaceful crowdʼ is any crowd who shouts, boos, repeats mottos and generally demonstrates within the law without threatening the life of anybody (but who can emotionally express whatever they want) and therefore simply applies their right to free expression.

Let us not let them feel that they enjoy our tolerance: send the following petition to GADA (The General Police Headquarters in Athens) via email
( gada@hellenicpolice.gr & gada@astynomia.gr ) and ask for an official petition number through the phone; ask to talk to the officer in change and note his/her name); ask for a top priority written response, just as we did.

The problem is that if the People respond in like manner, i.e., resorting to classic violence too, it is mathematically certain that the dictators will be cut to pieces along with all those attempting to protect them: no army could stand against a tsunami of enraged and lightly armed mass of people.

So, on the part of the dictators, the thing to avoid at all costs is precisely the possibility of the People taking to the streets being resolute and decided to enforce, even by means of violence, their own will and the return of Democracy, where violence is needless.

What must be done by every co-Citizen wishing to do so, just as it happened in the case of the International Criminal Court at the Hague, where they same cronies are behind institutions created for the People to use and get protection from all sorts of low-down paranoiac dictators, is to fill the form below with his /her personal details and deposit it (either by means of registered mail, or fax or officially serve it to the recipient or register the complaint in person) to the persecutorʼs office in his/her area.

This will effectively show that the Greeks, wish once more to put a stop to and bring to trial all those traitors; that the Greek people have withheld all declared confidence to the parliament in its present constitution (members of the parliament and the government) and that they do not condone, recognize or support any of their political actions.

You are in a position to reverse the odds by your very industrial action:
allow power to be re-supplied to every home without it from suburb to suburb and area to area. Cut the power to all those who owe the country millions and thousands of euro and who ignore all calls to their payment due.
Reinstate social justice and society will reciprocate.

But, if this ʽcommon knowledgeʼ happens to come to the fore for any reason (usually, in an after-the-fact manner, and to aid in the ascent of the new dictator who would simply act the same and keep up the pretext of working to expunge the sins of his predecessor, as was the case with the three Ally Powers in post-war Europe) and thus becomes the new motto and the new reality of public opinion (that is that the Greek People resists in deed and in mind, massively showing zero tolerance in any memorandum-type measures and politics, as well as reserving a proper hands-on treatment for those politicians and their cronies that enforce such politics) then with the same ease that public opinion showed acceptance and tolerance for the dictator / oligarch / totalitarian archon, the same public opinion will cast him down, and destroy him. There are numerous examples in history, from Robespierre, to Napoleon, to Mussolini, to Hitler, to Ceausescu, Saddam Hussein, and recently Gaddafi and so many others.

In other words, for as long we keep hoping for a solution which would have nothing to do with our own decisive action which will show in practice that the threats of the governmental bloc mean nothing, we only have to expect more of the same, with greater speeds and exterminating facility that would put to shame even Hitlerʼs camps in Europe.

The only way to preclude all those threats from happening and whose aim is to keep the People yoked and scared is for the People to stop and in particular, for every Citizen privately and individually to stop listening passively to all those threats and remain idle. This means that his / her reactions and actions should be such that they could not be covered up and quietened or perverted by the mass media, as is the case today.

We uploaded these files because the issue of reparations is not restricted only to the German reparations owed due to their exterminating a number of our villages, or the forced loan which was never paid off, but also encompasses an incredibly huge bill which has never been demanded or negotiated which includes those responsible ones under the civil law who have never been called to answer for their actions or be forced to pay damages, as we shall show in our future actions, on our own or in concerted action with third parties from our co-Citizens.
