Much more vividly but again insufficiently is faced the crime of the bloody explosion in the shipbuilding yard zone of Perama than the one against the family of 11 year old Thanassis Deligiannis. Correctly, with a process of ex proprio motu persecution some of the responsible parties were arrested for the accident but not all, and especially not the ones who have been ordained by the Greek People and the Constitution to protect and prevent the phenomenon of criminal negligence regarding the security measures and conditions and the defense of the life of Greek Citizens working in the shipyards as well as all the other workers, registered or not.
