The issue here, as every commonsensical human being immediately realizes, goes
beyond the case of the truckers and their demands, their argumentation or the
counter-argumentation, whatever that might be, of the government.

Here we are witnessing the ratification, the approval and the acceptance of
suppression to the death of every person who attempts to disagree to the wishes
and the interests of those represented by the government.

the purpose of the present article is to present the very fact that is gagged in all channels only to show censored, altered, edited and propaganda-filled sequences coupled with threats and impression-seeking stunts.

GAP, and in particular his communications skills advisors, have obviously tried
to help him bypass the ‘reef’ and possible debacle of his speech via the ‘passe
partout’ tactic: we may describe or make reference to the medium but avoid any
reference as to where this medium may lead, surreptitiously letting the wishful
thinking and imagination of his audience to fill the gap as to which is or where
lies the target of the whole task, so that the audience will come to think that
GAP truly intends to succeed at those tasks the audience needs to hear or
desires to see realised.

On my own, I had to delve deep into our modern History to be able to understand how it was possible that with so much fighting, so much blood and so much love for Ideals such as Humanism, Freedom and Equality, to have ended up in a regime – once rendered invisible to the many, but now visible to everyone – of totalitarianism, lawlessness, nepotism and cold crushing of the people at each social class.

And what I finally realized was that the reason we are still beset by the very ills that beset our ancestors was THE REFUSAL TO ACCESS TO INFORMATION BY THE NEW GENERATION.

I will follow this to the end and I will sue them not only to Human Rights Court on charges that, based on Human Rights Laws, will not be possible to be turned down, but also do my best to see that they are indicted as criminals against Humanity at the International Court, the Hague, for deliberate crimes committed after 2002 that have led to systematic and targeted genocide and to massive encroachment of Human Rights of large social groups that will remain WITHOUT TERM OF LIMITATION.

The only understanding of the Constitution is the one sourcing from the common sense of the People, and not of any ‘constitution specialist’ who has sold himself out.

The man who let Krupp rebuild his economic empire built on the blood of Hilter’s victims was the president of the then newly set up World Bank McCloy, Wall Street lawyer, and councillor to many post-war governments and personal aide to their leaders, under the auspices, approval and support of West German president Adenauer. We are talking about the two major protagonists of the European post-war economic situation, both of whom (Marshall and McCloy) were Americans.

Under real democratic rule, we never have to resort to human sacrifice to appease gods, whether they are markets, employers, productivity, competitiveness or the survival of the euro zone.

It is time we remembered that economic systems are built to serve Man rather than Man made to serve them.

Beyond any kind of cockiness, wild rebel yells and generally dramatic histrionics by anyone towards the People, it is important to discuss why we need Popular Initiative, in the projection of substantive objections to all ‘programs’ of harsh austerity measures and of general social impoverishment, projected and side-supported by the necessary goebbelist terrorist propaganda of the mass media.
