Not only are we completely covered by article 120 of the Constitution, but also by article 25, on our duty to support and protect the power of the Constitution at any cost by means of the patriotism of the Greeks, but also the Stateʼs claim for social and national solidarity. When a State, a People is literally forced to defend itself, when this State finds itself under unprovoked and clear and present illegal attack (now, not only undersigned by Amnesty International, but also by two UN interventions particularly for this country on the issue of the encroachment of Human Rights of the Greek People), this State and this People remain in any event a peaceful People, but at the same time refuse to become a defenceless, unprotected field in the name of peace and subject itself to submission and slavery just because it was unlucky enough to have violent, relentless and inhuman criminals as its politicians.

Further, there is no point for us as a People to have to ask them for anything, because it has become clear to us that we are being heard, and on the contrary, there is a sadistic joy on the part of the illegal and treasonous power holders to escalate the behaviour we are all asking them to stop.

From now on we do not ask, we DEMAND on the basis of our Constitution, as the only party entitled place such a demand under the law and we enforce our will.

We, in other words, are experiencing the virtual existence of a government while
in effect we are without government, literally an unfenced property to all those
who wish to exploit us or usurp whatever belongs to us. We have come to
accommodate the term ʽnegotiationʼ with the term ʽselloutʼ and ʽunordered
retreat / unconditional surrenderʼ. The ongoing propaganda, working with zeal
and attention, enforces on us this absurd accommodation of terms of meaning, in
the same manner that the same propaganda has been trying to enforce upon us the
view that we should not even have had a country to begin with, in a faithful
recital of Metternichʼs view at all levels, including the bilateral relations
with our neighboring states.

Thus, it is to our benefit to keep our awareness fixed up to this reality (i.e.,
that the immediate default of the government is inescapable as is its ousting
along with everything it represents, at least nominally) and watch the
governmental propaganda wherever it comes from as escape maneuvers in
preparation for their heirs, because in this way, the absurd we all exposed to
acquires a logic.

A conviction but also in lieu of a conviction, the whole proceedings will
automatically set under legal jeopardy every law passed, every contract signed,
and every deal made by this treasonous government, which will then illegally
have entered in such agreements. Provisos and stipulations as these contained in
the memorandum will be annulled since the totality of the memorandum will have
been defaulted as the annulled deal of a traitor.

This is a complete and substantiated legal document containing a wealth of
relevant supporting evidence, which for the sake of brevity, I do not attach on
this notice of mine, but which evidence however corroborates and establishes
FRAUD committed by GAP and his government on the basis of specific, definite and
concrete places and times the said crime in accordance with the stipulations of
the Greek Penal Code currently in effect.

So, with this article, I would like to respond to the usual question of ʽwhat then?ʼ that is used as a brake to every effort of the people to topple the present unlawful, illegal and degenerate political-economic situation and clique or show it as a boogieman to scare us into believing that we shall have ʽchaosʼ in our hands, if we stop tolerating and shouldering the proclamations of every jobless soap bubble and brainless sidekick of international robbers.

So we start by spelling out what must be done immediately so that we release ourselves from the bonds of the ʽdebtʼ with which they in fact have bought us and our country, just like the Americans bought the Louisiana Territory from Napoleon Bonaparte (with the difference being that Napoleon was not selling French soil but lands already stolen from third parties).

On the basis of my own personal search after concrete threats against my
daughterʼs life and mine, I will soon be able to show on evidence and recorded
voice mails that the life of the Greek Citizen has zero value for this current
political regime while the worth of the lives of others has occasionally been
raised purely for propaganda reasons.
