The Mass Media in Greece are Party-Governed by Law
The ΕΣΡ, staffed and run by party-appointed personnel, is empowered to censor, delimit, select and determine the content of every broadcast on every television channel, be it national or private, thus
shaping the information of the Greek People to fit their own will and interests. ΕΣΡ therefore is in the complete and utter control of the Parliamentary Parties, which are directly dependent on their promoters to whom they answer, and not of course the Greek People. It is therefore certain that ΕΣΡ will tailor-make all broadcasting and mainly that IT WILL MAKE SURE THAT THE GREEK PEOPLE
IS CONVINCED THAT, APART FROM FEW IGNORABLE EXCEPTIONS, ALL AGREE, OBEY AND
ABOVE ALL, DO NOT REACT.
REGARDING THE HEARING OF THE CASE AGAINST
THE PROPERTY OVERTAX BEFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE STATE
On the basis of their arguments which I listed above, there is a loud and clear message that was also perceived by the President of the Supreme Court, just as I relay it below: that this overtax is in fact the imposed rent exacted from us so as we could avoid immediate foreclosure and seizure of our properties (i.e., the private property of Greek Citizen) in favour of the lenders, the Memorandum, the occupation forces. In other words, the ʽredistributiveʼ character of the overtax boils down to the simple fact that you and I will retain the right to our property holdings, as well as the right to reside in a domicile in general (since the overtax is also demanded by the lessees / and users of the premises), to accommodate your business, if you go ahead and pay the overtax, which covers you for a year only, unless of course, more is demanded of you before the year expires with more absurd taxes at will.
EXPLOITATION AND OPEN-AIR STALLS
There is only one positive thing that the junta / occupation of 2009 has shown up until today: every party is nothing else but a poor excuse of a little shop fabricating the usurpation of power from the Greek People by means of deceit and fraud. No party has been able or willing to topple the junta we are witnessing nowadays, simply because each little shop of horrors is part of the same scheme. Only the People hane shown their will to reinstitute National Sovereignty, Justice and Legitimate Power back into their own hands, first by means of their reaction on 28th of October 2011, and second, by the fact that no politicians and governmentals dared show their face on the day of 17th of November 2011 in the area surrounding the Polytechnic (which up until last year, they shamelessly monopolized and exploited) to avoid being subjected to the same humiliation they tasted during the 28th of October. The politicians, scared shitless of the rightful anger and wrath of the People made themselves scarce, and took with them all their praetorians (riot police / regular police forces), whom they stationed at the spots where they were certain that pre-programmed and fake ʽresistance fightersʼ (party-led youth and other cronies bought off by them, who would effectively control every one who would honestly wish to demonstrate in the well-known demonstration) would once more stage the usual theatrical act of ʽepisodesʼ during the demonstration.

For this purpose, therefore, and to reinstate symbolically my generation, separating it from the parallel generation of covert totalitarians, embezzlers and usurping collaborators and traitors of the Greek People who dare attempt to be associated with any generation of the Greek People, I am going, by myself and my daughter, just with the Greek Flag and the real symbol of the Peopleʼs Power- that is the article of the Constitution 120- to walk from my house in N. Irakleion, Attiki, to the Polytechnic where I will pay sincere homage to those who, on that day, risked everything for the dream of a Free, Independence and Prosperous Greece.
TO REINSTATE DEMOCRACY AND GREECE
It has become crystal clear ever since the glorious anniversary of the 28th of October 1940 celebrations, where we, the Greek People, showcased a taste of our strength by not allowing defiling of the sacred memory of our Heroes (sung and unsung) objectively proven collaborators, traitors and lackeys whose bosses have decided (mainly due to their panic and despair which I will explain below) to expedite their plans concerning Greece, in their last effort to succeed to what they have already miserably failed.

WE CONSIDER GREECE UNDER DICTATORIAL RULE HARMFUL TO GREECE AS WELL AS EUROPE AND WE OBEY THE DEMAND AND INVOCATION OF OUR CONSTITUTION TO OUR PATRIOTISM TO DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TO REINSTATE DEMOCRACY AND JUSTICE IN GREECE : JUSTICE THAT WAS NOT REINSTATED IN 1974 AND THEREFORE INVESTIGATE ALL CRIMES AND UNLAWFULNESS SINCE ITS ABOLITION.
ABOUT JUNTAS
Based on these comments but also on the various officially-sounding invitations to the Greek People to accept a military junta, we can easily surmise and without being specialists, see through the last move of the holders of the present regime, if the GAP experiment (that is, suppression via counter-constitutional action and psychological / communicative violence in combination with a police state mentality and oppression) fails miserably. This experiment has not only failed miserably but it has had the utterly unintended consequence of generalizing a politicization of the Greeks coupled however by an intense disaffection for and de-partisanship for all standing political parties. These are the signs for the political maturity and coming of age of a People and hence, that Peopleʼs enabling and active use of its power supremacy.
ON NATIONAL RESISTANCE
In other words, every time a demonstration takes place which proves powerless to put a stop to a process against which they are supposedly demonstrating, or which does not COMPEL whatever authority to address the demonstrators themselves and not their spokesmen, and FORCE THE REGIME TO COMMIT itself to steering a corrective course, the regime becomes worse and does worse and indeed right AFTER each failed demonstration which has degraded itself to a stroll adorned with police beating and music of sorts.
GREECEʼS ANNIHILATION PLAN CONTAINED IN G.A.P.ʼS CONFESSION
In content and intent, he declared to us, following his latest style in public appearances, that in spite of all possible confrontation against the sum total of the Greek People, running counter to every Constitutional mandate, and unbound by any Law and legislation regarding Human Rights and protection of People within their borders, he intends to dismantle and annihilate all Greece, draining it bare from all sense of National and Public entity (and thus, from all sense of national Independence, Self-determination and Freedom).
