In a state of hysteria they announce that they will arrest people, that people will be proceeded for immediate trial, that they will beat people using their clubs, demanding from our children and our army to parade like lifeless puppets, through clouds of tear gases, in front of the people’s rapists, the ones that no 1821 hero would have accepted and no 1821 hero would consider them to be better than a common prostitute.

It seems that they tend to forget that this very same People paraded in front of Nazi machine guns and they were not afraid of them, honouring the anniversary of the 25th March 1821, in the midst of the German occupation, up to the point that Hitler’s Nazis withdrew.

After the staggering response of our fellow Greeks and fellow fighters following the article about needing to put pressure on the Hague ICC, comes the first success: The Hague has officially announced to us today, in writing in English and French, that it has opened the case file we sent with accusations against the governments of G. A. Papandreou and all of their associates, to examine their actions for crimes against Humanity and genocide against the Greek People.

Today our common target is to oust the Nazis and Nazi-sympathizers –
collaborators who allowed the former to raze our Country, to take all
stolen property back and claim all that is due retroactively and
punish those criminals in an exemplary fashion, showing them that the
Greek People whom the Constitution names as the only Sovereign and
from whom all the powers ensue (including this of justice) is here and
enforces this Sovereignty.

Whoever is scared of the Referendum or rejects it, is either in favor of an oligarchy rule hoping for any clientelist link, or is part of the treasonous and collaborating networks trying madly to salvage their dwindling lines of control to the Greek People.

Whoever thinks that those with full Political Rights do not exactly share the same Right and ability in any decision-making process that affect their everyday lived reality, their Country and Nation, are in fact against Democracy, regardless or how much to the left or democratic or socialist he or she declare themselves to be, regardless or how pro-people and internationalist he or she might shout themselves hoarse in trying to convince us.

Who is still blind to the show they are trying to put up once more for
us, now that they think they have succeeded in robbing us of
everything and feel ready to lull us into accepting a new
‘socialist-leftist-popular’ party, or partnership, or whatever other
name their sick minds might devise for it?

When 5 persons who kept on insisting to speak to them, forced them to
give access to the ʽinaccessible chambersʼ of the Prosecutor, what
will they do if faced with 500 emails, or 5,000, or 500,000, or
1,000,000 or even 5,000,000?

The time has come for the Greek People to do this one move in
resistance that will not go away with tear gas nor will it be
dispersed by cruelly attacking riot police, nor will it in anyway ever
be liable to indictment, so that we show them that we demand the
arrest of all those criminals and their collaborators who wish the
death of all of us as well as of our children and parents, and that we
shall never give this fight up.

The Revolution is here. The only thing we have to show is that we know this, and
that we are prepared to act accordingly.

Because due process and lawfulness demands that before any action is applied we are obliged to inform our legal arguments that support our absolute rights to such action, yesterday, January 30th 2013, a day devoted to Education, and therefore to the Freedom of Thought, we have officially sent to the leaders of the present government the following Declaration-Protest-Objection whereby, after arguing our case and exposing all the reasons anchored in the Constitution and Human Rights and International Law in general, we declare our intent and decision to abstain from paying any tax or dues until:

1. The resignation of the government who are illegally in power
2. the publication of every governmental act signed, along with all supporting evidence, since 2008.
3. A detailed and impartial auditing of accounts is effected and full account is given
4. An new, interim government is formed with the express purpose of proclaiming a Referendum to give all Greeks the chance to vote for or against the Memoranda and the laws accruing from them.
