HOW TO REVOKE THE PRINCIPLE OF DECLARED CONFIDENCE OF PARLIAMENT

It is now a fact that during the last decades the traitors and usurpers of political power in Greece have made certain that the People are denied any possibility to put a stop by institutional means to their dictatorship and avaricious lawlessness:

It is hardly possible to massively reject the sum total of their political clique since there is no actual choice in the elections leading to this possibility, since in practice, there can be no candidate in the elections who may run without first having received the green light from them, regardless of the consequences this may have, since a maverick independent candidate is an ignorable threat, even if he or she makes it to the Parliament (i.e., one vote against a body of variously controlled, or bought out 299 de facto but also typically anti-Greek votes, such as was the case of the Turkish members of Parliament belonging to various parties).

There is no possibility for a Referendum unless they say so.

There is no possibility to annul the elections by abstention, i.e., there is no possibility of the People to veto their objection by institutional means to those practices while all demonstrations are not legally binding for anyone regardless of how massive they are.

Finally, the judiciary are dependent on and the product of this system, thus in fact divesting the average Citizen from the multitude of the protective safety valves provided for by the Polity, which should have been available and at his/her disposal for the kinds of emergencies we are faced with nowadays.

So what do we do?

It is clear that the system wants us to resign from all efforts aimed at controlling it and mainly, to resign from using the theoretically available routes of voicing our objections and discontent and ways to control it believing that ʽnothing will come of itʼ. And it is precisely at this point that the trap is set whereby the system itself by means of its cronies and representatives pressurizes so as to convince the People to abstain from using the various seldom trodden and nearly forgotten, defunct and obsolete routes of control, only to subsequently use such a guided ʽaversionʼ in support of its argument that the People are tolerant of the system precisely because such People are averse in using those routes.

In other words, the disapproval for and indirect dissuasion from actually making use of the still available tools to voice oneʼs disagreement and discontent (lodging formal complaints, demonstrations, motions, strikes, etc) by simply sowing disbelief that all that is ʽlost time, useless, time-consuming, financially or socially burdeningʼ or whatever other such nonsense the systemʼs cronies but also those disillusioned by it will say and regurgitate the propagandist lollipops that serve only the anti-Greek dynasts, including the propagandist argument used by the dictators and usurpers of Peopleʼs power to claim that they enjoy the tolerance, concession and even the approval of the citizenry and of the People who have in toto, de facto and in practice irrevocably rejected them.

The most recent example are Schäubleʼs statements and those that find their way into the general German Press as to how popular Merkel and her policies are to the Greeks.

So what do we do? How do we deal with such a total denial of access to every possibility to veto their policies effectively and dynamically?

To begin with, in no way do we abandon any institutionalized route of expressing discontent just because at this point and time such a route appears to be dysfunctional because of the presence of so many traitors. ON THE CONTRARY, WE MAKE USE OF SUCH ROUTE AS MUCH AS WE CAN, on condition of course that we have the legal grounds to proceed with it.

Of course we shall deluge Greek Justice with complaints, in full knowledge of the fact that a number of bought-out, mercurially-minded midgets will try to archive or reject otherwise completely justified and self-proving accusations. This is primarily because this move shows that the People officially react and do not tolerate illegal, anti-constitutional, anti-national, anti-humanitarian and naturally criminal acts and secondly because in this way we have in complete sharp relief all those nameless of the system hiding behind their institutional chairs, protecting this on-going parliamentary and judiciary coup like raving hounds.

Of course we shall demonstrate, WITHOUT the union paterfamilias and party commissars who try to manipulate the power of the People showing that they are capable of using it at will, by doing WHATEVER WE THINK SHOWS OUR DISCONTENT AND REJECTION OF THE SYSTEM. We give no account or advance warning to anyone about when and how many of us shall do it, and mainly what we shall do by demonstrating, or where exactly we shall demonstrate or whether we shall stop once we start.

Of course we shall support all the othersʼ moves and actions on condition that all such action is not taken in vain or for impression mongering or to support a particular party or to project the image of certain unionists and of persons who will perpetuate this parliamentary totalitarianism responsible for all the ills that have befallen us, from the presence of corruption to the lack of primary production and unaccountable decimation of the population of Greece.

Of course by doing all the above, we do not expect the system to recognize our rights. That would have been naïve to expect. What we do is primarily deny them the argument that we do not react in every way possible prior to resorting to raw violence as the only effective solution since all other routes to control, or somehow manage to curb the policies applied by this parliamentary dictatorship have been disarmed by the ʽinertia of the Polityʼ which can only be demonstrated by massive efforts of using the theoretically available routes open to the citizenry to show their discontent; we use them in full precisely to show and prove that as they stand, they are indeed totally ineffective.

Last Wednesday, 10 October 2012, I lodged a formal complaint indicting the Parliament and the Samaras Government on the grounds of High Treason, which is so strongly corroborated by evidence that THE CASE SHOULD IMMEDIATELY be heard before an audience for the simple reason that the defendant (i.e., the Parliament) cannot decide whether it can indict itself and bring itself to trial since in such a case we shall witness a complete breakdown of the DUE PROCESS and not only of the substance of any sense of national and international Law, thus corroborating the criminal inertia of Greek Justice that should abide by the stipulations of the international Law (in accordance with the definitions of lack of freedom, suppression and totalitarianism), failure to abide with which means indisputable presence of a dictatorial regime and illegitimate political processes. And given that the damages already incurred in terms of human, material and financial capacity of the Country and of the State are stupendous, we are necessarily addressing felonies, thus requiring a due process that includes a jury.

Many of my co-Citizens have asked me what exactly they can do in support of this movement of mine, and what we should expect as a result of this move.

What must be done by every co-Citizen wishing to do so, just as it happened in the case of the International Criminal Court at the Hague, where they same cronies are behind institutions created for the People to use and get protection from all sorts of low-down paranoiac dictators, is to fill the form below with his /her personal details and deposit it (either by means of registered mail, or fax or officially serve it to the recipient or register the complaint in person) to the persecutorʼs office in his/her area.

This will effectively show that the Greeks, wish once more to put a stop to and bring to trial all those traitors; that the Greek people have withheld all declared confidence to the parliament in its present constitution (members of the parliament and the government) and that they do not condone, recognize or support any of their political actions.

The more they do this, the better, as a backlash response and slap in the face of every Schäuble and Merkel as well as that of every propagandist and financier of those traitors (ranging from the extreme ʽleftʼ to the extreme ʽrightʼ with all the intermediary spectrum); it will also corroborate the need for a violent overthrow in case the office of the prosecutor continues to serve them and not the People. The Office of the Prosecutor must demonstrate (even belatedly since the crimes accusations refer to are automatically indictable and impinge on the immediate security of the Country and the Polity) that it responds to its responsibilities and honors its duties and seeks the carrying out of justice by bringing this case to trial before an audience with every consequence that this may bring.

All Revolutions prepare themselves in similar ways and all Revolutions have a legal base that shows why those that revolted resorted to such revolutionary means and did not opt for other, less violent and fear-provoking processes. For this reason, at this time, we need to literally and relentlessly overuse those dusty routes and confirm that they lead no-where and that as a result they are no longer useful due to the presence of traitors (not because their presence is useless as institutions) and thus necessitate a cleansing of such institutions by the People (i.e., by the People themselves, without being headed by any party or union), to make such routes useful and effective again.

The People in other countries already see the verity of such action, and that is the reason why all the international mass media parrots try their best to undermine this internationally-felt fact that the Greeks have never accepted or condoned or elected (since by means of my complaint against Samaras and the rest I show that the electoral process DOES NOT SHOW THE TRUE POPULAR MANDATE AND WILL) the bunch of traitors manning the post-junta governments and support the Greek People, particularly now that those other European People become subject to the same policies, face the same rhetoric and suffer the same damage as Greece.

What we must then do is not permit this ʽcommunicative toleranceʼ claimed to exist by the enemies of the Greek People but also of all Peoples of the World in general, simply because they keep on telling us ʽnothing will come of itʼ, or ʽthis is a dead endʼ or such similar nonsense.

Let there be no action in that respect because this foments a Revolution, regardless of all those who keep on saying that the Greeks are sleeping: before each Revolution that is precisely how the situation looks like to those who live it through. And when the Revolution does come, we shall also know of all those who defended and illegally bestowed all those privileges to those dynasts and criminals.
