Many times over, from this web site, but also from my office, in my talks and at every opportunity of communication with Citizens, set up by me after great efforts, but also via the official legal correspondence towards all those feeding on our Sacred offices and institutions, I have foretold and indicated where things were going, on the basis of a policy applied by the hegemonic classes, the reaction to it by the People or lack thereof. Whatever I said proved true, from how destructive the Eurozone would be for Greece, to how mistaken the opening of the borders based on Samaras’ recommendations was under the Mitsotakis government, to how destructive educational policies would prove to be for our children, causing them a pandemic of special educational needs and lack of motivation, to how the average Greek would be led to economic stagnation as a result of uncontrollable borrowing and easy-to-get bank loans, coupled with a mandate for an enforced change in production or for an altogether strangulation of it. All these events that are now being told over and over again and projected as symptoms of a particular pathology of the Greek State, had been foreseen, warned against and announced by me with every means available at my disposal, that it was a matter of time before the dire consequences of it all would make themselves painfully and widely visible.
Not because there is any mysterious ‘magic’ involved in my abilities that allows me to see ahead, even years before such events take place, but simply because I follow my science which I apply completely independently of any interest, manipulation or ulterior motive to blind and ‘smoke screen’ any social group from what is really happening.
And I do not say all this in self-justifying retrospect so that I sound like the parent that berates his child who tried something out against that parent’s admonition of logic and ended up flat on his face, but to remind everyone, that I have always given out solutions, too – a way out of the situations I had foretold or described, as I now do as well. And I spent three paragraphs saying this in this article because what I am about to describe now will probably the most significant message at the most critical moment for our Country, on which no more experimentation or delay, or fear, should be permitted.
To clear our mind about what we are about to say, we must stop viewing political parties as sustaining a sort of antagonism amongst them, and to keep in mind that they are simply interest groups resembling baton race groups whose baton is the People, whom they wish to direct wherever they have been ordered to by their own bosses or their relatives, since these political parties are usually manned by persons belonging to capitalist dynasties, aristocrats going back to the reign of the French and the Turks, landed aristocracy, large-scale industrialists – shipowners – bankers – large-scale merchants, whose descent can be traced either to those ‘tsiflik’-owners (big estate, feudal-like land-owners) and land-overseers, or to Phanariot, Turk-abiding Greeks (acting under the approval of the Ottoman emperors), or from those who drained Egypt and Africa economically before they were ousted from these lands and end up in post-45 or post-junta Greece. The rest of the dignitaries of the political parties descent from families – the servants to the former aristocrats – who many times are three or four times removed in relation to the former families.
So we have a particular social class that I call hegemonic (who seeks to enforce control, oversee and perpetuate itself as a parasite at the expense of all the rest of the social classes) from which all political parties and positions of power are indiscriminately manned (from unions to the arts, to sciences, to sports and to charities), and whose basic goal is to convince all other social classes, that I call People, to obey them unquestionably and maintain them in power without asking for or demanding of them any sort of legal liability for their actions. People, as I define it, include all self-employed professionals, scientists, entrepreneurs and own account workers, who are sustained financially based on their own sweat and labour, without extra state funding, as well as every farmer, worker and employee occupational class, who in the present situation have become dependent on the State rather than being in a position to dictate to and enforce the application of their legal Rights upon the State, with the State responding to them as is constitutionally and democratically proper to do.
The People is the hen that lays the golden eggs, but contrary to a hen, People are a lot smarter and powerful than a hen, is in no way destined to belong to anybody as a domesticated hen is, and certainly does not give away its eggs. We could say that People resemble a lion which can produce these golden eggs, and one the hegemonic class does all it can to convince that they are not only a hen but an incompetent mouse that must do nothing but obey to this hegemonic class, as there is no other alternative.
But because it is extremely hard to keep the People bound up and subdued to such a degree and exhaust them in work, continuous impoverishment / insecurity, and because the People have started to get angry and show their real lion teeth and roar a lion’s roar, a fact that fills them with utter fear and makes us the hegemonic class’ permanent nightmare, the latter move fast to put that lion to sleep, and play him around with this baton race that resembles the game of the political parties: The former ‘bad’ governor and his party ‘steps off’ ‘punished’ (but somehow remaining in the game) so that the new ‘good’ governor can step up to do ‘different’ things. Up until the ‘new guy’ comes to take the place of the ‘bad buy’ only for the latter to step down in his own turn so that the next guy can come up to power again, who in most cases is the former ‘bad guy’.
If we had been experiencing a true changeover of political tactics, then this continuing cycle of political parties, especially of the two major parties, would bring about a hiatus and mutual canceling out of certain, if not all, of political practices of every such government. Instead, what we witness is a mathematical geometric progression in the development of this political tactic and policy, regardless of which party is in power, with a single goal in mind: securing THE TOTAL SUM OF ALL WEALTH OF THE COUNTRY, OF THE PEOPLE AND OF THE NATION IN THE HANDS OF THIS HEGEMONIC CLASS, ALONG WITH ACHIEVING A LEVEL OF IMPOVERISHMENT FOR THE PEOPLE MET ONLY IN THE THIRD WORLD OR MEDIEVAL TIMES.
This shows that all who man the Parliament, with no exceptions whatsoever, are in cahoots to achieve the above goal, be they the right, the left, the center, the blue, the green, the red, the orange, the yellow or the black ones. And here we return to the theme of the title and to what we should consider if we are not in agreement with their plan to make every Vardinogiannis, Latsis, Michalos, Kartalis, Vgenopoulos, Kyriakou, Kokkalis, Bobolas and Angelopoulos, three times more hyper-rich that he already is, and reduce ourselves to over-worked, rag-wearing hobos, with the accusation against us that we are the lazy ones projected by those super-rich.
K. Karamanlis announced the October 2009 elections and then stepped down because the People had already started to roar and not conform and not tolerate, either his announcements about the suggested economic policies which protected the super-rich, or his own senseless spending or this of his confidants, of the type of Voulgarakis, Siemens and Zachopoulos.
G. Papandreou succeeded him in power running a campaign on a theoretically pro-people platform (which in fact was nothing but a smoke screen full of generalities, lacking even one concrete policy announcement, filled with repeats of words and terms serving only communicative motives aiming to appeal to things that the People had always wished for, and which Papandreou himself used having no intention whatsoever to put to real use) and bought the hegemonic class a little more time, usurping in fact the hope of a peace-loving People who keeps on hoping that they will not need to fight more over something already won and secured by their predecessors who shed their blood for their sake (the People).
Hence we have the Trojan Horse: The People literally held its breath for 100 days and gave a lease of time (at the expense of their vital interests) to Papandreou so that the latter could undo the mess the Karamanlis government had reduced the land into and against which the People had revolted (and just to remind ourselves, the Karamanlis government had been elected on the pretext of correcting the mess that the previous PASOK governments had caused, and which in turn had been elected to make amends of the scandals committed by the NDP, and so on and so forth).
For the time the People were holding their breath for the last 100 days, G. Papadreou got really busy with the EU policy makers, the international bankers and NGOs (of whose funding he is an ardent promoter so that the bankers and the industrialists could have another pressure group) TO EXPEDITE THE IMPOVERISHMENT OF THE COUNTRY BY GETTING EVEN MORE LOANS SO AS TO RETAIN THE EXCUSE OF A STATE OF EMERGENCY, AND SO THAT HE COULD NOT ONLY CONTINUE WITH THE HANDIWORK OF THE KARAMANLIS’ GOVERNMENT BUT ALSO UPGRADE AND PERHAPS COMPLETE IT.
You can already see how he managed to do that, if you do not know it already by just reading our past articles, or by simply watching the uncontrollable and ceaseless exorbitantly expensive borrowing that he himself causes with his public appearances and interviews, AND FINALLY BY PAYING ATTENTION TO THE INDIRECT COMMENTING / INSINUATIONS ALREADY STARTING TO APPEAR IN THE PRESS THAT NO MATTER WHAT IS DONE IN TERMS OF CORRECTIVE MEASURES, THE ECONOMIC SITUATION IN THIS COUNTRY IS NOT GOING TO CHANGE.
THIS IS THE COMMENTING STARTED IN THE MEDIA WHICH STRESSED IN PASSING THE VARIOUS HINTS AND ALLEGATIONS MADE BY G. PAPANDREOU HIMSELF IN HIS LAST PARLIAMENTARY ADDRESS YESTERDAY, AFTER OUR ANALYSIS ON THE PROGRESS OF GREEK ECONOMY THAT YOU CAN READ ON THIS WEBSITE.
So what can the Greek People do?
In one of our coming articles, we will explain in detail, quoting the exact words of the very persons of the hegemonic class, regarding the operation and use of political parties (which were unilaterally included in the Constitution) as well as the NGOs (that unilaterally try to be included in the Constitution) WHY THEY ARE UNCONSTITUTIONAL, UNDEMOCRATIC , INHUMAN SCHEMES OF CONTROL AND OF THROTTLING OF THE POPULAR SAY AND HUMAN VALUE AND SHOULD BE DONE AWAY WITH.
Our everyday reality and our modern history have shown that political parties and the NGOs are indicative of social and political maladjustment, and constitute breeding grounds of criminal offences of the worst kind, that is, against Peoplehood and Humanity. It is a bridgehead of the hegemonic class against a People who has denounced since ancient times any version of cosmopolitan country heroes, the aristocracy, kings and queens, emperors and empresses, inequality and obsequiousness.
In practice this means that every Citizen and social group (devoid of any links to political party mechanisms and money handling other than those through legal channels) owes allegiance and solidarity to the mobilization, the resistance, the demands of the Citizens, such as the Farmers and their blockades, the pensioners, the stagiers, to all those who are about to mobilize in the future. Of course, no reference is made to those groups enjoying privileges because they serve the hegemonic class and exploit the People, such as the civil servants of the Parliament, of the Ministries (we are referring to the secretaries, and palace-like, coolie-like servants of each minister and ministry), high-ranking officers at the Inland Revenue Service Departments, customs officers, police officers, who protect and preserve this unconstitutional and inhuman politics and policies, as well as any other group of service or occupational group who set themselves apart from the general criteria on the basis of which the People are treated and persecuted unfairly.
The farmers who have been targeted by both the government exponents and the mass media, were in receipt of some compensation (compensation is given when we have caused damages to a party) so as to keep them quiet about the situation to which they were led when they were directed to plant crops that have never been part of the traditional Greek produce, to destroy capital-producing livestock which kept them financially independent and uncommitted, and in general because they were misled/fooled into adulteration or extermination of their local produce to comply with EU directives and to yoke themselves to the large-scale middlemen on the promise that they would have a better life, income and future prospect.
It is a classic example of what has really happened in all truly productive classes of the Greek People, as well as the manner in which Greek Farmers are faced today as much by the mass media as by the pertinent minister and prime-minister (an aloof, disrespectful and crude manner of addressing or referring to them) IS REPRESENTATIVE OF THE GENERAL MANNER OF ADDRESS RESERVED FOR ALL CITIZENS IF THEY DO NOT SUPPORT ONE ANOTHER FROM NOW ON (remember the same treatment reserved for the contract holders of the public sector, the stagiers, Alexis Grigoropoulos’ mother and Alexis himself by the same people). You should be by now already starting to see the clear and apparent picture regarding the blatant disregard for the Citizen who does not happen to be ‘one of them’ [remember Batzelis’ words, that in fact whoever does not carry the badge of a professional unionist and still is after his own Rights as prescribed in the Constitution and by Human dignity (i.e, to be able to speak for himself and represent himself and decide for himself things that are about himself) are, according to Batzelis and the ‘citizen first’ government, an anarchist!]. Remember also that G. Papandreou, the prime-minister elected on a campaign running on the theme ‘citizen first’ commented in his parliamentary address yesterday on the farmers’ hopeless cry that they are broke, going hungry already and occupationally moribund, as a ‘small-scale problem for which he spares no time’.
And to set things right, let us now see who these complaining about the farmers mobilizations are, claiming that these mobilizations cause hurtful damages to them: apart from the government-appointed unionists, state-funded NGOs, like IOBE and unionizing large-scale industrialists, of the type of Michalos, and large-scale middlemen, there are some other curious-looking hotel owners who, out of season, and being amidst a huge curb in tourist flow, and about which there were all kinds of ridiculous wheeling-dealing last year, claim that they lose hundreds of millions of euros per day. Yet who earns tens – or hundreds of millions per day, at this day and time can still be regarded as ‘People’?
Nobody. Because even if he/she were able to earn this kind of money, it would have been taken away from him/her due to lack of protection from inhuman taxation and payment of dues, designed to be paid only by the People (and nobody else).
So, only the large-scale middlemen and virtual businessmen and large-scale industrialists, who are the ones responsible for today’s mess, are also the ones who attack and complain and shout against the Farmers, a reaction largely supported and favoured by the big-shot journalists (also offspring of the hegemonic class) implicitly promoting such an attack in an effort to convince them to leave the blockades and go poor and die for the hegemons along with whatever was left of Greece, and along with us, the rest of the Greeks, to await a similar fate of execution.
Thus, always keep in mind that:
* No Popular mobilization ever acts at the expense of the People, and that
* The systematic and unyielding mobilization has the power to overturn and topple not only veiled petty-dictators but also whole empires.
(Remember Gandhi’s success against the British colossus and remember the Greek People who raised the national flag in the face of the Nazis and forced them to respect and allow the spontaneous parade – demonstration of 1942).
* The People can only lose if they unquestionably accept whatever policy is forced onto them by any exponent of the hegemonic class, within or without Greece, from Brussels or from the US.
* In all other circumstance, History shows that the People always wins because the real mouse is this hegemonic class and the People is not an uneducated, immature and hysterical little woman to be unduly scared by that mouse and act senselessly.
