During all of the summer season but also the past winter season the mass media are full of reports and stories on the ever more brutal and outrageous tax-collecting policy of the Greek state while in the same time presenting in full analysis the rapid impoverishment and lowering of the income per capita of all the Greek Citizens without exceptions if they are not part of the group receiving special privileges which we will present in full detail (from the annual cost of each member of Parliament has for the Greek Citizens to the extremely favorable or even absent taxation policy of business people such as ship-owners and construction entrepreneurs and bankers) in the corresponding area to be informed on in our site (and coming soon).
The climax of the above condition is the intention of founding a Ministry for Poverty (!) and issuing matching allowances. This is a great affront and audacity in the face of the Greek People who, since at least 1950 shed blood to eliminate the eventuality of the existence of poverty (and in the same time existence of extreme wealth) and to ensure the creation of mechanism which would not allow for the income and fortune of anyone living on Greek soil be embezzled or stolen.
That is why the existence of poverty as it is presented and officially announced nowdays by the state is illegal, just as illegal is any taxation which pushes the Citizen to poverty (i.e. eats away at more than 70% of the income as it has been reported) according to the Hellenic Constitution and the bill of Human Rights.
That which is foreseen by the Constitution (see the part of our site where the Constitution is analyzed [in Greek, matching Human Rights area coming soon]) for the case where it is being breached is THE RIGHT AND OBLIGATION OF EVERY GREEK CITIZEN TO IGNORE EVERY LAW AND RULING WHICH INFRINGES ON THE CONSTITUTION AND THE RIGHT OF THE CITIZEN NOT TO LIVE BELOW POVERTY LEVEL.
The contradiction that the money of the citizens which existed in the state cashtills are stolen/ gone/ squandered/ mismanaged/ affected by international developments is incongruous and simply constitutes a public confession of the crime by the ones who committed it and therefore they should be persecuted and called to return the money, since a simple overview of their fortunes (as we will show in the matching area to be informed on) shows that all the money of the cashtills exist, along with their interest, in the personal accounts, investments and other assets of the ministers, prime ministers and wide kin of these people as well as the chiefs/ directors and councils around the state cashtills for the past 35 years. It is very fortunate that many of those are still alive and their families and other recipients of public wealth still around.
