Dear co-Citizens and compatriots,
Following the huge and storm-like response of the Greek People asking us for directions on how to register their own DECLARATION-PROTEST-OBJECTION that we have officially submitted to the President of the Parliament on January 30, 2013, whereby, and as the ultimate peaceful measure of defence, we declare our intent to suspend all forms of state financing (e.g., payment of taxes, dues, etc) until the resignation of the present government, the execution of publicly-accessible auditing and impartial account given to the people, as well as the declaration of a Referendum that will ratify or not the Referenda as well as every law accruing from them by the Greek People, we give you the legal document in a Word file so that you can personalize it and send to the President of the Parliament.
You must ask for a registration number in your email on which you will have attached your own documents (we have scanned and sent ours in a pdf document so that our own hand-written signatures could be seen on the document, but this is not necessary if the email address you send the message from is in your own name). Alternatively, you may send your document signed-for or registered mail or by fax to the President of the Parliament and then phone the office and ask for a document registration number. We will also inform you of the rest of the recipient Authorities, within and without the Country we shall forward the said document to.
Also, as we said in our internet broadcast, to support our everyday acts on the basis of this document, you should also send it (as we have done) to all separate Authorities, who will be obliged to respond to your message before they take any of their usual action on you.
Please be aware: No Authority or Administrative Centre has the right to take any action against you, just because you have send them this legal document that you have also sent to the President of the Parliament. Whoever tells you the opposite, he or she is simply trying to scare you and force you to resign from exercising your legal Rights.
In the next few days, and as we shall discuss on Thursday, February 7, 2013 at 6:00 pm during our internet show ʽBefore the Greek People (live on www.xorisfm.com), we shall present you sample forms of Objection for use to the separate Authorities and also discuss everyday practice which will bring immediate increase to our income as a result of this move in any case (regardless of whether we are private or public sector employees, employers, self-employed, pensioners).
