Almost two years ago we had initiated a process which ended in our having to sue on charges of high treason, all those holding supreme positions of power in our country, including the President of the Democracy. Then, at a time when neither the crisis nor the unprecedented assault of the government against the People had broken out (initially by the NDP and now at full blast by PASOK), many saw these moves as scandalous, thinking that we were attacking the Institutions, failing to see that we were acting to defend them, at a time that swift action could have averted the utter catastrophe we are witnessing at this moment. That could have been possible through the removal from the Institutions and the High Command of traitors, and underminers, who now blatantly declare to us that ʽwe have lost our National Sovereigntyʼ. What, in other words, is stipulated by the Penal Code and of course the Constitution as Treason, and indeed, High Treason.
The continuous vindication of our stance that the everyday news brings regarding what we had foretold and warned about a long time ago, is simply the confirmation to be had by the People, who had suffered by the harangues of the demagogues and catastrophe-mongers, who misled this People into compromises and into their getting used to tolerating and be subjected to all kinds of social lechery, that the People can now trust our words and analyses as ultimately objective counselling, devoid of propaganda and questionable interests. The People can use such counselling at all times to undo the ominous scenery and impasse of the future that is being designed by those who have always lived on the blood they drain and the lives they expend.
Every government that is voted to power through an electoral process that is not of the present time to analyze, have as their utmost duty to preserve, safeguard and not cede to third parties the very things that comprise and define a State.
What is a State?
A State is an organizational scheme that has the following characteristics:
A. Distinct and indisputable geographical territory which is demarcated by borders
B. A particular total of people sharing common citizenship and Nationality and are called Citizens or Subjects of that State.
C. Self-determination: That is, the State decides for its own course of action, independently , following decision-making processes based on the type of government suggested by the particular Regime of that State.
D. Extends priority of protection to its Citizens/Subjects, as far as everyday protection of life and property, defence and statutory Rights. That is the reason why such an organizational scheme is called State of the particular Citizens/Subjects, because on the particular geographical territory they inhabit, it is they who are the holders of primacy and exclusivity of the right of belonging there.
Every organization scheme that does not have all of these four elements is not a real State. It is a quasi-State, a colony, a county, a protectorate, it is occupied territory (violently annexed) but it is not a true State that enjoys full powers defining the strength of a State.
We now come to the obligations of the government of Greece, whatever government they might be and who define themselves as Greek and not as puppets brought and maintained to power by third parties: Their first and foremost stipulated duty is to safeguard those four elements of the State, and provided such government has the ability or the historical chance, to enhance and augment these elements.
Every government that undermines, subverts or cedes to third parties any of these four elements is treasonous, criminal and liable without exemption. (The only exemption lies in the case of losing territorial rights under foreign attack, without such assault being the result of governmental ill-doing, complicity or impotence at defending the motherland).
We have here a series of governments (we could, on historically-objective bases to support a charge (for the above) against all Greek governments in the post-Kapodistrian era, but for our present needs, and as a starting point, we shall restrict ourselves during the first phase of our analysis to the post-junta governments) which have systematically engaged in the following practices that amount to the crime of serial High Treason.
1. They have engaged themselves in uncontrollable borrowing, and subsequently embezzled those funds, directly and indirectly from the State and its Citizens. On the one hand, via the fraud of the state-bonds that never brought on to their holders among the People their promised value-added interest, which led to the latter ending up losing their money invested in state bonds, and on the other, via the usurious conditions of external loans that many times resulted in exchange of sovereignty rights and ceding of control to a foreign power.
2. By forcing the country to become member of alliances such as NATO, EEC, EMU, and recently by forcibly accepting a common currency and being subject to economic policies irreconcilable with the specific economic parameters of this country, they crippled primary production of Greece, then, its secondary production and blew the middleman class out of proportion (i.e., the larger part of the super-rich, the capitalist, old Turk-lovers, Franco-philes and German-lovers, pro-Nazi sympathizers that have always existed, something we shall prove in the historical analysis of the future articles). This middleman class is the only class to have always benefited by state funding and by making all primary producing units succumb to their control.
3. Via the illicit processes that crippled primary production, they have also paralyzed the country with respect to transport and infrastructure, in fact reducing the Citizens to pay tribute to the manufacturing companies that remained also the primary profit recipients from the use of their constructions (metro, Attiki highways, suburban railways, airports, harbours, national road works, etc), constructions that the Citizens themselves have paid off many times over through over-charging of materials and services, instead of allowing them to enjoy free access to these, at least after the initial construction costs were met.
4. Not only transport facilities but also communications, that is, central points of control of State authority (let us not forget, that at war time, the surest way to defeat the enemy / or to hold it at ransom to your own will, is to assume control of its transport, its communications and its basic logistical resources), and the totality of Public Benefit Corporations, were sold to private parties whose identity remains unknown, setting pre-emptively the State under siege at every case the People will be blackmailed (for instance, in case the People rejected policies implemented by PASOK or NDP, and resist the EU mandates. This is because EU does not as yet have an official occupying army and as a result, the most efficient strategy is to relay a direct order to the privately-owned executive councils of Public Benefit Corporations, to dry off their supplies of power, water, telephones, etc, up until the People concede to these measures. It is with these measures that the ʽalliesʼ had forced Greece to engage in the WWI: They created conditions of famine by blockade).
5. Non-negotiable and unalienable rights have now been put on the bargaining table, such as our National Substance, our History and our Religion (we do not mean the constitutionally-guaranteed freedom of religion and self-determination in the Christian Greek State that the Constitution prescribes, but the attacks to our culture which has been developed along with Christianity and our identity), in a way totally undermining and subversive, according to the definition reserved in the Penal Law. In fact, as our infrastructure and primary production were treasonously ceded to third parties, so is the most unique and coveted characteristic of the Greek Nation, which socio-politically and sociologically has been a point of wonder as to how it can still persevere and preserve itself through time.
6. The basic, Constitutionally-guaranteed, security of the State towards its Citizens is forsaken via a self-tailored coup dʼ etat (every dictator calls upon a number of historic needs and insurmountable expediency which supposedly force him to enforce his dictatorship), that is, by undoing the guarantee of maintaining a standard of living above the poverty level (i.e., what we call decent), the guarantee of a welfare State and pensions (pension that amounts to an indigentʼs state benefit is not a pension, that is, viable income commensurate to that of income from active work), and the guarantee of free medicare and free education. We use the term ʽcoup dʼ etatʼ BECAUSE G. PAPANDREOU ASCENDED TO POWER PROMISING TO SAFEGUARD THOSE CONSTITUTIONAL GUARANTEES, AND NOW, WITHOUT POPULAR CONSENT, AND INDEED BLAZINGLY AND BLATANTLY DISREGARDING POPULAR REACTION, WILL PROCEED TO DO WHAT THE BANKERS AND HYPER-RICH POWER HOLDERS HAVE ORDERED HIM TO DO, FEELING SAFE SINCE THEY ARE OUTSIDE GREEK BORDERS. EVERY ACTION THAT IS FRAUDULENT AND AGAINST POPULAR WILL IS A COUP Dʼ ETAT AND ALL THOSE WHO PROMOTE SUCH A STATE AT THE PARLIAMENT ARE CO-CONSPIRATORS.
So, what do we see?
With mathematical certainty, surgical surety and the absoluteness of a bulldozer, the various consecutive governments have dislocated Greece, a country for the sake of which we have lost brothers and sisters, parents and children, resisting the Nazis up to our last breath and trying just like the phoenix to re-vitalize her from her ashes, not just once but innumerable times, to the spite of German kings, Great Power regents and American- or European-led dictators.
They gradually stole all of our property, our infrastructure, our transport, our Public Benefit Corporations, our produce and production, our jobs and our Insurance Funds, and now they are trying at lightning speed to give us the coup de grace and convert us at one go into ragia (serf, slave) of the Turkish occupation era, or to what the farmers of Thessaly 100 years ago had fought against, on 6th March 1910, and which the then government attempted to drown in blood: to turn us all into ʽwhite slavesʼ of the tsiflik-owners (big land estate owners), who by now have become hyper-rich top executive managers of corporations, banks, etc, hoping that the kill will be swift enough so that a new Kileler will be avoided, which would be the first kick to start their downfall, exactly as was later repeated by the Athens Polytechnic.
So what are they trying to make us accept via their demagogic ways, that we have never acceded to before shedding so much blood, that to curb the will of the Greeks , they had to be betrayed by the central administration, as happened in Greece with the onslaught of the German occupation?
To do away with our National sovereignty and live under a puppet government supported by the Germans – EU sheding our right to have a word on anything that is enforced on us, exactly as during the period of German Occupation, under the G. Tsolakoglou, K. Logothetopoulou and J.Rallis governments.
In other words, they try to make Greece an example for all Peoples of Europe who had been encouraged by the Greek epic during WWII, to force Greeks to be the first to yoke themselves to the demands of the same conquerors, whom they had fought, repelled and ridiculed before the entire World, taking the Greek resistance, and the Greek soul that fights for the Just and the Ethical without any reserve as everything else is blown away under injustice and lawlessness, out of the picture for good.
In a forthcoming article, which will shock every Greek, European Citizen or American who has ever fought believing in these ideals, not only during WWII but in every war, we shall show you proof, names and facts that have precisely led to the bloodshed of Europe and of the World, so that those people could make money and dispose of their adversaries at the Popular Class (scientists, intelligentsia, workers and farmers) at one go, hiding behind Hitlerʼs caricature and the Axis to do so.
You shall see that it is their descendants, or even they themselves who are now attacking the European Peoples, particularly Greece, to succeed in what they previously had failed to do via Hilter and guns, by using funds of their banks.
At these times, the traitors who by no means intend to abandon their posts (in Greece as in other countries), have officially abolished all elements of the Greek State save one: our official borders.
If it takes you longer to convince yourselves to respond to the demands of the Constitution of our Nation for its defence, we shall lose territory, so that you shall at last see them for what they are and accept the fact. We really hope that we will never have to reach that point of infamy to our fathersʼ sacrifice who shed their blood and their sweat for all these that they have now snatched from us, and remind ourselves that all these traitors are dancing on their graves, but that they are dancing only as long and insofar as we keep on playing the tune they want us to play.
The only thing that the People need to do to make them scatter like mice once again is to show them that the People know how to take what is rightfully theirs.
