We hereby inform you that since the proclamation of the May 6th, 2012 parliamentary elections in Greece you have been reported in international and local press to have engaged in successive and ever threatening public statements towards the Greek Citizens and hence towards the Greek electorate, seeking to force the electorate through terrorization and sensationalism to vote for a specific outcome and set of policies. These set of policies have been reported by experts around the world to be to your own interest and likely to afford you personal gain for the organizations which you represent but which are in no way bound, by law or practice to be beneficial to any specific People, much less the Hellenic one.

Because you are foreign nationals and not Greek Citizens and thus likely to be unfamiliar with the Democratic process, the Hellenic Constitution and the Hellenic Penal Code, we feel that before we take any specific action against you it is only fair and right that we familiarize you with them and that we inform you that you have been breaking the Law and that you can and will be found guilty of attempting to manipulate an entire Nation and force elections under threats of death, famine, virtual subjugation to other nations and countries and assorted individuals and imposition of complete and arbitrary denial of our basic Human Rights should we not, as the Hellenic Electorate, procure the mandate which you require for your own interests and/ or personal estimations of what should be done within a Country that is not yours and retains the official status of an Independent Sovereign State.

Particularly, the Hellenic elections law and Penal Code clearly states that whoever attempts via threats of violence, via promises of repercussions, via promises of monetary gain or funding, via promise of any kind of offer that is not part of a pre-election campaign of a legally participating political party is committing blackmail and corruption of the Electorate and is subject to legal persecution, while if the extent of the blackmail can be proven to have been significant enough that the result of the elections could have arguably been different without it, they are subject to lose all the status and privileges of any official position they may be holding.

Consequently, your activities may constitute sufficient substantiation of any and every claim that you willingly and in full cognizance of the consequences both to your persons and to the victims of your actions, in this case the Hellenic People but potentially any People whose Country engages in any kind of activity with your organizations, namely that you sought the result of forcing the elections within a country through organizations established after World War II with the precise mission of providing safety nets against the potential control of any country by any other force but that of its own People.

In the potential that your public statements are not geared to using economic blackmail to bring about the election of the political parties you support and have official cooperation with, but to inform the Hellenic Citizens of whatever situation you perceive there exists within the Country and to whatever appeal you may be attempting to make the Hellenic People on behalf of whoever you represent (officially or unofficially, properly or improperly), we wish to acclimate you with the proper steps you should take to reach your goal of thorough informing of your target audience rather than accidentally find yourselves being officially accused of attempted tyranny of all sorts in established free countries :

axiomatically announcing future mayhem and disaster in the economy of our Country should we opt for policies that have not yet been documented to have pushed more than 1,000 of our co-Citizens to suicide, as the policies you support have been does not constitute providing of information or even warnings based on logic or logical arguments. Therefore, they can easily be characterized as threats and bullying and thus as unabashed blackmailing without any regard or respect for Human Life. If you feel that rejecting the political parties that went against elections mandates and staggering popular decry in order to serve you rather than serve the Constitution they gave a religious oath to serve will cause this mayhem and destruction you threaten us with you must provide us with the following data and assume responsibility for the following results :

a. full official data of the benefits of the policies you have supported and imposed in our Country per capita, both with the benefits of the banks and other such corporations factored in and without so that we may compare the status and benefits your policies afforded to the average Citizen as opposed to specific organizations that clearly state in the clauses of their memorandums of association that they are not obliged to respect or uphold the interests of the Hellenic State and its People.

b. full official studies with data, arguments and scientific projections based on the Hellenic Republicʼs real parameters that support your claim that policies opposing the various memorandums and other demands that you have made on our State and have been assumed by the political parties collaborating with you are detrimental to the Greek People per se, since the Greeks are called to vote with concern for their own future and it is this future that you are threatening us with.

c. complete time tables of when these harsh policies are going to expire, when they are going to yield the financial flourishing and development you claim to be attempting to create within our Country and the estimated income per capita per social class for Greek Citizens upon success. Also, in the event of complete utter or partial failure to get the results you claim to be shooting for in the time you announce it will take, name the specific individuals that will be held accountable, the amount of damages they will be called to pay both to the Hellenic State and to each and every Greek Citizen individually for the extreme hardships and devastation they put them through and how they will pay reparations for each and every fatality that occurred as a result of these policies, both within the Hellenic borders and beyond them. Provide contracts binding them to this relationship and which prove that they are aware of the stakes directly related to the policies they and you are supporting.

value judgments and vocabulary that is specifically designed to invoke emotionally charged images or produce an environment of fear for the future and terror has no place in a cool and controlled debriefing between adults, much less between officials and electorates, especially since you are not supposed to be politicians vying for the vote of our Electorate or in any way vested in profiteering at the expense of the survival of an entire People but technocrats supposedly interested in the optimization of infrastructure designed to support and serve a specific Constitution, in this case the Hellenic one, that you have no right to go against or ignore. Therefore, any adjective like ʽdireʼ, ʽharshʼ, ʽdevastatingʼ, and any expression or presentation leading to such communication should be avoided so that your target audience may focus on the information, and not in creating a mass panic. Of course that is assuming that you are interested in providing real data, as technocrats do, rather than sensationalist statements and dilemmas as politicians do, and not the good ones at that. Thus, because we believe you to have the capacity to be serious technocrats and scientists who may have been ill advised by the corrupt political system within Greece that has already been multiply accused of said corruption before various courts including, due to the sheer extent and impact of their corruption that has reached the level of crimes against Humanity and genocide in times of peace, the ICC at the Hague, we are now informing you that we want to see your data for ourselves, check that they are indeed true to reality, and rest assured that if you have properly analyzed them we will reach the same conclusions and we wonʼt need you to scare us into submission.
if you feel that the political parties pushing for anti-memorandum policies are in the wrong and are going to harm the Greek People, then instead of terrorizing the Greeks without actually shooting down any argument, we would be very interested in you summoning them, as we, the responsible Greek Citizens are currently doing in writing (for all parties involved including the ones you are supporting), officially and publicly, and challenge them before the Hellenic People in a proper debate with real data, proposals and supporting evidence as we have delineated above you should do for us any way, including the assumption of penal and civil responsibilities for any misgivings that may occur due to lack of proper planning and estimations.
stating that you will refuse payment of any loans you have forced us to take should be taken of the table because primarily it is blackmail (in essence you are trying to pay in order to force the yielding of a specific electionʼs result and /or you are threatening with willful embargos of several kinds, primarily of the financial sort, should the Greeks cross your will, which goes against all International and Human Rights Laws) and secondarily it is an empty threat for the simple fact that either you will be voiding a contract for reasons of a political and not financial nature and thus you will be the party that breaks that contract illegally or the electionʼs mandate for a political party that specifically pushes for challenging this contract consequently means that these payments are not desired anyway. Repercussions for the political will of the People of a Sovereign Independent State by non-nationals and by foreign organizations that are supposedly controlled by other allied states certainly leads any casual observer to draw the conclusion that you are threatening to deny the People their self-determination or punish them with famine and destitution as far as you possibly can help it. This is not in any way the behaviour of non-imperialistic and pro-democratic individuals representing humanitarian and pro-democratic organizations that respect Human Rights and are being funded by the Peoples of states that are democracies and republics and based on popular mandates of free and independent elections.
we need to be convinced as Greek Citizens and members of the Electorate that you have our interests as the Greek People in mind and not anyone elseʼs, when you are attempting to interfere so dramatically in our internal affairs. In order to be convinced of that, we need your tangible factual proof where you have to demonstrate for us in real numbers and not just percentages how your actions have benefited the average Greek Citizen and how your benefits from these transactions in which you have been engaging with the challenged governments since 2009 and in absentia of our People, who has demonstrated opposition to your actions in every way save coming violently after you, are not disproportionately high in comparison. You must also demonstrate how the dramatic austerity is something that you have had personal experience of, living in such conditions as the ones you prescribe, for at least 5 consecutive years and without any protection of your health, property and daily needs of sustainance. You must also demonstrate with real numbers how your involvement has served the basic Human Rights and the Constitution of Greece articles 1-28 in the absolute manner the Constitution of Greece demands. If you are unable to provide such proof, and you are unable to prove with your personal experience that the austerity measures you prescribe can be applied while ensuring Human Dignity and the procreation of the social group which you enforce it on, then, either due to gross and irresponsible negligence or due to criminal disregard for Human Life and Human Rights in the face of profit that is unrelated to the welfare of entire countries, you may be inappropriate for the position you are holding and we will be obliged to explore this eventuality.

Of course, it is possible that you are not interested in forcing the Greek elections and you are not interested in subjugating any and every future government of Greece at the expense of the Greek People and at the benefit of organizations and individuals you arbitrarily estimate to be more important and to be entitled to profiteering against the Human Rights of the many, whereupon we advise you sincerely to abstain hitherto from any public statement regarding what shall befall the Greeks if they do not vote for the political parties you favour and /or support and /or are engaged in assorted agreements with in defiance of the Will of the Greek People after you publicly apologize and recant all pre-election statements that you have made, in a timely manner appropriate for the dissemination of your message to the Greek Electorate.

Should you not respond accordingly we reserve all legal Rights pertaining to this situation and any developments or consequences derived from the above facts as described.
