A good, normal and non-suicidal captain who does not wish a death by
drowning for himself or the others around him, does not get carried
away by the bellowing winds or the clouds trying to hide the sky, or
the baseless portends of every soothsayer who makes every effort to
drive him to the rocks or to find himself amidst great tempests, so as
to be forced to throw all his lifeʼs worth overboard only to be easily
located and snatched by waylaying gangs.
The good captain ignores all that and instead bases his judgment on
his compass and the rest of the instruments which give him an
objective appraisal of the conditions in the sea he will have to cross
without having to lose his livelihood, his ship and ultimately, his
life.
Following the same logic, we, all the Freely-thinking Citizens who are
interested in saving ourselves, our livelihood, our families and our
Country, instead of laying our hopes with the propagandistic
histrionics, the deluge of opinion polls which simply poll our
tolerance and our reactions to whatever the press flashes to the fore,
the multitude of changeovers and ʽre-birthsʼ of parties, of particles
or of whole fronts, be in a position to clear the wheat from the chaff
and disregard all else BUT THE OBJECTIVE AND UNCONTESTABLE DATA.
For this reason, I suggest you consider a simple questionnaire which
must be asked quite often by ourselves, because the answers, if given
correctly (on the basis of what data exist and not what we would wish
to exist), would be the compass that will not permit those traitors to
utterly destroy our Country by straggling us, our children and our
future:
1. the ʽcareerʼ politician
a. What property holdings does he already have? Are these holdings
huge and many times over those of the average citizenʼs this
politician is supposedly representing?
b. Has this person been embroiled in, ignored nor failed to
effectively stop scandals, traitorous contracting and assorted crimes
of fraud at the expense of the Public Good and of the Greeks?
c. Has he/she ever recanted his/her former ideological principles and
commitments to proceed with so-called ʽconcessionsʼ for the ʽcommon
goodʼ?
d. Does this politician have a consistent rhetoric platform but other
than that no effective results in effecting any change against the
regimes they claim they fight? (that is, have the ʽfightsʼ borne any
appreciable fruit and protection for what needs to be protected?)
2. The first-timer, green politician:
a. Does he/she have a detailed curriculum vitae that I can check for accuracy?
b. Does he/she originate from a ʽdynastyʼ either in the political,
business, artistic or other managerial (public or private) elite?
c. Where has he/she actually worked up until now, how meritocratically
did he or she managed to get to that position, has his or her business
or organization (at a high level of command) ever received state
subsidies, direct contracts or enjoyed special regimes of tax
exemption from the government so far?
3. The old party:
a. Has this party contributed to inflicting catastrophic regimes in
the form of passing laws, or in signing treaties on behalf of Greek
Citizens and Greece?
b. Acting as opposition, has this party done anything in its power to
cut off and stop governmental policies or has it just restricted
itself to innocuous protesting that never effectively blocked any
policy?
c. If this party gets the change to form a government, has it even
once referred to the pacts, treaties and agreements of the previous
governments which that party had previously castigated as
catastrophic, which preclude any effective annulment because of
ʽsignaturesʼ already given and the need for a consistent continuation
of the nation state?
d. Has this party ever applied party discipline?
4. The new party (appearing for the first time):
a. Does this party have in its midst at least one career politician
who has already been in the political scene and enjoyed public
positions heavily subsidized by the state or international business
organizations?
b. Does that party have in its midst even one old-timer (coming from
and representing the old corrupt regime)?
c. Does this new party include persons who were at governmental posts
formerly?
d. Does this new party possess a governmental plan? How does this
party purport to achieve success?
e. Does this new party clearly state that it does not exercise or
enforce party discipline?
5. To all those who appear as ʽsaviors;, ʽthe only solutionʼ, ʽthe
hopeʼ, ʽthe way out of the impasseʼ, etc:
a. Do they make specific reference to a Referendum?
b. Do they expressly refer to the lifting of parliamentary immunity
now and retroactively?
c. Do they refer not only to the capture and punishment of all
responsible but also to the need for complete restitution or damages
done against the Greek People and the Greek State?
d. Do they refer to their own personal withdrawal from parliamentary
immunity on the basis of their signed statement (by means of the
signed statement of Law 1599/1986 in replacement of the Signed
Statement of Law 105 was has been withdrawn), following the legal
procedure of voluntary resignation from this particular
unconstitutional privilege?
If we do not get the right answers for each person or party (that is,
a simple ʽyesʼ or ʽnoʼ, except from the lists of property holdings
asked for at the start), then voting for this party will amount to
suicide and at best, we shall be led to a semblance of a new
transitional period which however will not bring prosperity but will
immediately lead to the absolute mortification of the lived everyday
reality of the average Greek (in terms of available resources,
Freedoms, Rights, property), or to the immediate dissolution of the
state apparatus and to the immediate colonization of the Country, and
our perpetual sentencing to immediate and protracted serfdom.
Let us remember that no destruction of the Country that they had
caused was ever done to their expense. On the contrary, destruction
for everyone else meant increase of their already huge property
holdings.
Let us also remember that all the threats they throw at us are to push
us to condone regimes and situations that are to their advantage.
Never in History was the refusal to satisfy the extreme demands of
various dictators a reason to exterminate a People, on the contrary,
it has always brought the extermination of the dictators themselves.
We are already paying for the cost, so it pays to balance the cost we
are paying with a result that will secure for ourselves an independent
and free future, so that we can defend our prosperity along with our
interests and Rights.
We do not permit them to gain parliamentary self-sufficiency, we never
allow them again to have a free reign and a petty dictatorʼs blanc
cheque because their party cronies will have the majority in
parliament.
We retain our Constitutionally-anchored Rule and Sovereign in our
hands, those hands of the Greek Citizens which for ever and anon have
shed blood, sweat and tears for Greece.
