Apart from the fact that the upcoming election will not result into
what the pro-memorandum bloc wants since every ʽcandidateʼ is
inexorably exposed to attrition brought forth by the sleepless and
alarmed eye of the Greek People, the upcoming elections are de facto
problematic owing both to the issue of the incomplete 2011 census as
well as to the use of the electoral rolls of 2001.

The obvious problems that were summarily described by Mrs Georganta
had previously been brought to the fore by me by means of my
officially-registered requisition for the provision of pertinent
information by ELSTAT (The Greek Statistical Service) on May 5, 2011,
at a time when the 2011 Census was still being carried out. Even one
of these problems appealed before a scientific and legal Body render
this census null and void (whenever it may be published) and as a
result, whatever has been based on it becomes also annulled by
default.

The Constitution of course, according to the position taken by the
Athens Lawyers Association, demands the fulfillment of a number of
parameters as regards censuses and the data extracted from them for
use in setting up the electoral rolls, which are missing in the
present circumstances. As a result, the 17 June 2012 Elections are
full of loopholes for ballot mongering and twisting of the will of the
electoral body, particularly as regards the distribution of
parliamentary seats and the processing of the general electionʼs
results.
That is, we are in a legal position to cancel whatever electoral
result based only on these grounds.

But this is not the only one.

Given the unbelievably unacceptable conditions of bias and lack of
reliability during data collection stages by ELSTAT in general, and
taking into consideration that year 2000 was the year where the false
data of the Simitis era were used to back up Greeceʼs effort to enter
the eurozone, followed by a river of false data sent out by ELSTAT
during the following years, how can we possibly put our trust on the
2000-1 data as being objectively correct and unbiased?

A multitude of problems referred to by Mrs Georganta as regards the
2011 census had also been the case for the 2001 census. Based on this
evidence as well as on the basis of all scientific standards that are
adhered to internationally regarding the conduct of censuses, there is
great probability that the same grounds for the rejection of the 2011
data as biased also hold for the 2001 data and so we can put forth the
substantiated argument before any legal Body that if this is the case
(something that is easily proven by specialized scientists in my field
who will present their findings to the scientific community as well as
to the Greek People) every election that has taken place based on
electoral rolls and distribution of parliamentary seats is biased,
non-objective AND THEREFORE NULL AND VOID AND WITH IT EVERY RESULTING
PARLIAMENT AND GOVERNMENT.

This means of course that every governmental act, and passing of law
and policies by governments that were null and void in the first
place, are de facto null and void themselves, including the Memorandum
as well as every other law of every government and parliament elected
on the basis of the 2001 electoral rolls.

Of course this brings up also the issue of the return of the sum total
of all the parliamentary remuneration and expenses, pensions and
exemptions from taxes and of other privileges already enjoyed or are
still being enjoyed by all members of all these null and void
parliaments as well as of criminal charges which could be pressed
against them since in great part, their actions would not be covered
by parliamentary immunity since the parliamentary authority that had
given it to them was null and void in the first place, but which
actions have already taken place and carry their weight under the
penal code. This of course includes the perpetrators of the
Memorandum.
Of course this train of illegality will stop only with a census whose
unbiased nature could be proven regardless of how old this might be,
if of course it still exists.

The People bear no responsibility for all those issues because the
People have been paying handsomely all those so-called ʽspecialistsʼ
manning all those independent statistical authorities so that they can
guarantee the objectivity, reliability and validity of all the above
data.

Now however that it has become clear that all those authorities which
are so important and vital to the integrity of the Regime and
Democracy had been rendered inactive or even usurped by those coveting
our Country, we the People shall start checking them out.

And the more we check, the more we shall discover grounds for
cancellations and indictments of those involved, and that is the
reason why there is no chance to have ʽpolitical stabilityʼ that they
so fervently wish to enforce as a new type of transitional period
based on a false adherence to the law, now that the Greek People has
at last stopped trusting them and has taken control.
