Within the framework of the coverage made by the British BBC
correspondent in Athens regarding our motion with the ICC at the Hague
against the Papandreou government and their collaborators (meaning
that neither Papademos is safe), he also interviewed Panariti,
the PASOK MP so that she as a spokesman of the regime, be given a
chance to express opinion. This is the well-known Panariti who dared
to claim that she was framed in signing the Memorandum because she was
orally assured on its good intentions to such a degree that she never
considered having all those assurances in writing, among other
similarly ludicrous claims.
The reason I make reference to her person in this article on the May 6
2012 Elections is because in her statement to the British
correspondent she epitomizes nicely the motive of all pro-regime
followers about the elections and reveals how they intend to use them.
Panariti said that whatever we argue in our motion at the Hague refers
to government policies endorsed by the Greek People via their vote for
decades, implying that the Greek People had approved them and hence it
is those people’s fault and not the politicians’.
This is therefore the trick they are trying to pull, as their last
resort to convince the Greek People to stop reacting and dutifully
accept to pay and tolerate their transformation into a nation of
proles and incurably destitute who will be grateful for whatever
leftover they are thrown at by the politicians from the Greek People’s
money they have usurped and snatched simply because they could do so.
Thus their true intent and purpose is to set up an electoral bazaar
and fanfare whereby they will use their alchemies, ballot-rigging and
baseless claims to proclaim that the Greek People have actually given
their approval for whatever they are doing, and so no one can
henceforth protest or attempt to sue them and force them to appear
before various courts within and without the Country.
A simple perusal of the pre-election programs of the various parties
running for government, but particularly these of PASOK-ND and
assorted corollaries is enough to underline their promise for a
nightmarish future that they have the effrontery to present as social
provision!
Venizelos promises us huge sleeping quarters for the destitute with
associated food rations, which apparently will elevate from the level
of those served at the time of the German occupation, while his future
co-governor (as they hope to achieve by means of their vote mongering
and ballot rigging and of course a very suitable cut-to-measure
electoral law) similarly promises us a tax storm against all those at
a middle class level and below across all assets, from personal
business to personal property, together with an unprecedented
electronic personal record data base and surveillance that will be the
envy of every fascist regime from this of North Korea to that of the
Third Reich.
Small fry parties like the Fascist Golden Dawn and the assorted
collection of the Leftist parties promise us lunatic realities and
quite dangerous options that are completely devoid of serious thought,
ranging from the battle against feminism to the philosophy that the
white race is the rightful owner of this earth, to the unorganized
withdrawal from unions and treaties but without providing for the
necessary securities so that Greece will not become a war front and
disaster area.
On the other hand, the organizing of elections is in the hands of a
government that is certainly not an interim election government and
which has been entrusted with the huge task to enforce at all costs an
election result which will allow them to engage in their political
game allowing them to claim that the People really wants them and
endorses their practices. We only have to see two particular details
to convince ourselves that this is what they are really after:
1. the supreme electoral committee (i.e., those responsible for the
final ballot count, the calculation and distribution of the electoral
seats won as a result of the election is comprised of supreme justices
(who carry the past onus of clienteslist relationships and cronyism
with each government) as well as by high officials of the Ministry of
Interior which at this particular time is completely under the control
and sway of the Papademos government who blatantly ordered Greeks to
vote for the two big parties, or else the Armageddon of deconstruction
is upon us. One wonders at the kind and level of personal threats made
to civil servants privately, judging from the fact that Papademos
himself publicly stated that ‘it’s either me – that is, the
pro-Memorandum bloc that I serve, or the (economic) tanks?’ Let us not
also forget the particular incident concerning the reaction of a
candidate in Veroia when he was faced with the refusal of an open
market fruit seller to have the candidate’s advertising leaflets on
his market stall.
2. GAP is running for office in Patras and it is certain that he will
be elected even if all the citizens of Patra voted against, because
the electoral law is such that he will be guaranteed election
regardless of the number of votes PASOK will win across all ballots in
the Nation. So, even if only the party cronies voted, he would still
get elected and secure political immunity he so much needs within
Greece, so that he will then triumphantly state that the Greek People
voted him to office and hence condoned and approved all of his
actions!
In fact, and in short, the game is rigged, so that with an extra 50
seat bonus given to the winning party regardless of its actual power
and any other such conjurer’s trick in vote mongering, the PASOK-ND
consortium will still claim that we the People are to blame because we
welcomed them back to power, even if in reality, they will only be
voted by their relatives and personal cliques.
I let aside the issue of vote-rigging which has already been provided
for by the electoral law, which frees the hand of every city Major to
quite accidentally ‘misplace’ the electoral bag containing the
evidence on the vote count (i.e., the votes themselves) and simply
furnish a copy (not the original) of the protocol signed by the
electoral committee bearing the results of the vote count but which
cannot be verified with the vote bag missing.
And this is just the first stage of vote-rigging, and certainly not
the most effective one…
So where do we find ourselves when we see that they are trying to
swindle our vote for one more time playing the motto ‘you voted for
them, shut up now’, although they have no need to be actually voted by
the People as long as the People are convinced that they have voted
for them?
We hit them where it hurts: at the legal level where we can show that
they have malicious intent and regardless of how many votes they will
claim they have garnered, we can prove we have been swindled and that
crimes have been committed (ranging from fraudulently swaying the vote
of and blackmailing the electoral body to blatant transgression of the
Constitution).
The public announcement of the coming elections by Papademos is what
we need because he has committed the grave error of denying us a full
account of the work completed by his government and hence an account
of the precise situation in our Country.
He of course refrains from giving a full account so that whoever comes
to power next, from Samaras/Papademos to Kammenos to Papagega and
Tsipras will then be able to say, just like GAP did along with
Karamanlis that they had no knowledge of the situation and that they
had said and promised whatever during their pre-election campaigns
based on the available data there and then, and consequently they will
not, regretfully, be able to deliver what they promised to during
those campaigns.
But we too can play the same card in precisely the same manner and
refuse to take any responsibility and make any commitment to the
electoral preference that they will try to claim we have shown since
the voters are called to elect someone without any prior knowledge and
proper update, which is totally against any notion of a State of
Justice and in fact is suggestive of controlled and rigged elections.
For this precise reason, me and my fellow Citizens have officially
served a legal notice to Loukas Papademos as well as to GAP and
Karolos Papoulias, in which we ask him to obey the law regarding the
nature and mission of his government until the elections, as well as
alert him to our right to be informed which is unjustifiably withheld
just because he thinks so (this is indicative of malicious intent).
In one way or another, providing us with the data we are asking (which
of course under no circumstances will he give us without revealing
scandalous details about the way his own government as well as that of
his superior, GAP) should have already been a fixed demand by all the
so-called anti-Memorandum parties who are so keen on achieving
catharsis and are quick to announce assorted wishful thinking but at
the same time refusing to follow a methodology that will lead to such
catharsis.
But this does not mean that we, the Greek People cannot demand it
ourselves, and that is exactly what we are doing, since it is we who
will foot the bill as a result of all the experimentation of every
political drifter.
The more of us will send out this demand, the less they will be able
to blame us that we, as a People, have accepted the claims of the
regime regardless of the result of the elections, because with this
petition we legally state that in order that we, as Greek People,
exercise our right to vote to elect our next government we have to be
given a full account of what they have done during their term of
service (so that the electoral result will not be considered a product
of blackmail, fraudulently caused and therefore null).
We have already served them such a petition. Every other Citizens
wishing to do the same can email the same text or send it by
registered mail (i.e., in a manner that delivery and receipt can be
proven, forcing them to reply to each sender personally and within the
time provided by the law) to the office of Loukas Papademos at
Maximos.
It costs nothing to send but it can win this rigged game and upturn
the state of affairs they are trying to establish and legitimize by
usurping our vote, which is totally against our Constitution and Human
Rights.
You can view the text here and if you agree and you wish to have such
information which they are anyway obliged by our Constitution to
furnish, cut and paste it on an email, putting your name in the proper
places (where it says : by Citizen:…) and send it as follows:
Copy the text of the petition replacing the name of the sender (that
is, my name) with yours, also erasing the names of the Citizens who
co-signed my petition at the end, and put your name as well as the
name of any other co-Citizen who would like to co-sign it.
Email or send the petition by door-to-door delivery (ELTA) to the
following addresses:

unprecedented success at the Hague.
