Every human being who is willing to shed the scales of propaganda from his/her
eyes and objectively read and examine available evidence on the administration
and legislative processes associated with GAP and his government, cannot but
come to realize the extended and serially enforced tactic of burned ground being
applied to Greece in a rabid effort to dissolve, if he is allowed to succeed,
our Country, even with respect to its borders.
Evidence abounds and ranges from simple witness statements to well-substantiated
studies and reports of experts, and corroborates every piece of evidence that I
have been collecting since 2008 for every government who kept on pushing Greece,
completely treasonously to a course of total dissolution and utter destruction.
In the main, however, it is our every day lived reality that attests to these
facts, if of course we are no part of GAPʼs support centers / of bipartisanship
/ corrupt state, wherein whoever is a part of and connected to these bodies of
defaulted parliamentarians, is directly or indirectly protected from the
destructive tsunamis the government exposes everybody else to.
Because the Penal Code is quite explicit in what sort of acts and behavior
constitutes grounds for high treason, and because GAP does his best to fulfill
all the conditions pertaining to the said crime, I have filed a law suit against
GAP and his government as well as every third party potentially involved in such
act on grounds of high treason, under ABM D2011/1369.
In the said law suit, I have included, apart from the factual evidence that
corroborate fraud on the part of GAP and his government, well-substantiated
studies and scientific reports, which, curiously enough, are not sourced only by
state and international centers but also by his very own party apparatus.
Most significantly, the text of the law suit includes GAPʼs own statement
regarding the law, in which he expressed via the injunction measures against him
that I previously had also filed, during which he literally admits that he sets
himself above the Constitution, an error I had counted on him committing to
writing in back and white due to his arrogance and conceit.
In other words, apart from the law suit itself and the relevant written evidence
on which it stands, we have at our disposal a multitude of times and places
whereby definitely and concretely (as the law demands) GAP and his government
appear to commit High Treason, serially and in full cognizance of their act.
Of course, during the inquest, I shall furnish every new piece of evidence and
further proof of highly treasonous acts committed by GAP and his government by
that time. So very co-Citizen has such corroborating evidence at his or her
disposal that are not already covered in my law suit, and which furnish
additional evidence about other times and places of the said crime, may,
completely free or charge, write a law suit wherein he or she describes his or
her accusations and file such suit to the local district attorneyʼs office,
asking that his or her law suit be combined with the case of whose file number I
referred to above.
This law suit, because of its self-mobilizing nature but also because of the
extent of damage such crime inflicts on other citizens, possesses powers to
establish and extend the legal right to persecute GAP and his government to
every Greek Citizen but is also extensible to persecution of every previous
government who have indirectly abetted GAP or orchestrated the said situation in
collusion with or against him or in anyway acted to procure such situation.
The public prosecutor (or district attorney) is obliged under the law to
initiate proceedings. Also, for this particular crime, no prior permission by
the parliament is warranted. To table such law suit, the district attorney
should first issue a written response which would be immune to invalidation,
which is logically impossible given the gravity of the case. If however such an
eventuality should take place, we can and we shall file a new law suit to the
international tribunal this time, under the additional law suit that the Greek
justice system is under the beck and call of the government.

A conviction but also in lieu of a conviction, the whole proceedings will
automatically set under legal jeopardy every law passed, every contract signed,
and every deal made by this treasonous government, which will then illegally
have entered in such agreements. Provisos and stipulations as these contained in
the memorandum will be annulled since the totality of the memorandum will have
been defaulted as the annulled deal of a traitor.
