I have already proceeded with the analysis of a large part of what is going on
in our Country. Today, I would like, within the framework of the articles in
which I had referred to my personal action against the anti-humanitarian and
unconstitutional action of the government, to let it be known to whom it may
concern that tomorrow on November 30th 2010 at 9:00 pm at Building 5 at the Old
Cadet School in Athens, there will be the scheduled hearing of my petition for a
court injunction against G.A.Papandreou and his political office, undersigned by
me and witnessed by my daughter Tanya-Maria Yeritsidou.
Under this court injunction, we are officially demanding from GAP and his
political office to respond to us officially and in fact try to counter our
accusation of fraud and deceit of the sum total of Greek Society having third
parties as their abettors.
Below I attach one of the three documents based on which I demand an answer
according to the Law, so that you will be able to appreciate what it really is
at stake, and I also include links for the other two documents, for whomever is
interested.
What we shall achieve under a general strategy framework has already been
analyzed in my last article, and I shall not touch upon it again in this press
release.
Also, unless it will be petitioned and sustained that a postponement of the
hearing be scheduled, my daughter and I will inform you on what went on at the
hearing tomorrow.
Below is the letter to GAP officially served to him.

Prime-minister Papandreou
You have already shown worrying signs, personally disregarding out official
question sent to you in the form of registered letter (PP2680788GR/10-09-2009,
received by Mr Stratos Kontivas), and which we forwarded to you before the
elections, a fact which reflects the illegality and the unconstitutionality
(given the time limits and the importance of the said letter, since it would be
on your response to this letter that we, as People, would decide whether to give
you the mandate to govern) of your action and reveals your clear disregard of
the Citizen, to whom you claim to give priority and of course of us personally.
Because the motto under which you managed to maintain your constituency, while
hardly increasing it, and thus only managed to get elected due to excessive loss
of votes from the opposition parties (in addition to other procedures), has been
‘Citizen First’, please let us know what we are supposed to think: either that
you generally lie and forego concerning yourself with the Citizens who actively
try to communicate with you, or you do not personally consider us Citizens,
which, if true, we shall consider deeply offending and will act accordingly?
We therefore call upon you, hoping that your lack of response were due to
oversight and not to a wilful attempt to disregard and demean our Rights as
Citizens to obtain a clear perspective on a number of questions expressed by us
to you and therefore are duly worthy of a response from you, to respond
undersigning your answer to the following issues:
1. proper response to all issues and questions contained herein
2. proper explanation of the reason such response was not sent to us within the
time window provided by law.
3. Which guarantees you are willing to personally undersign regarding the
various goals set towards the social and economic wellbeing of the Citizens
(that is, of the People, and not of the banks, the large-scale capital holders
and the class of politicians in Greece, including the so-called ‘green guards’,
i.e., active members of your political party who act as gatekeepers to the
social and economic progress of people who are not your party constituents), and
what do you intend to lose out of your personal property or other assets in
favour of the People in the event that your policies fail and so as to protect
the People from shouldering your errors and experimentations? Please let us
remind you that as head of your government (that is its supervisor and manager)
your signature covers attempts and possible errors / experimentations / and
insubordinations of your ministers, coordinators and councillors.
As you understand, and as is logical for every investment contingent upon the
life, the property, the dignity, the national Sovereignty, Democracy, national
independence and self-determination, not only personally by every Citizen but
the sum total of the Greeks, the aliens residing on Greek soil, the people
trusting our State of Justice and the prestige and status pertinent to ourselves
due to our being the cradle of Civilization and ideals of Freedom (not only
since ancient times but also in our modern History), we cannot entrust upon you
all that is sacred and holy of our race and National and personal Identity
blindly in the absence of any guarantee in case of your failure to deliver the
said promises.
It would be wrong to see the present letter as a malicious or undermining
letter, but to the contrary, it should be pleasant for you to witness the fact
that a People with such History and spirit of independence bestows upon you the
honour to protect, maintain and increase its possessions. Because only God
Almighty is faultless, and the only one who could demand a blank cheque from His
creations, all the rest of us should make sure that we are properly insured and
secured and always be reminded that the taking up of responsibility, even under
the most positive of spirits, carries with it the obligation for remuneration
and paying of damages in case of failure.
Besides, as a Greek Citizen, you cannot put claim to any differential handling
setting you apart from the rest of the Greek Citizens who are called upon to
answer for every mistake and failure of theirs be it fraudulent or not,
accidental or deliberate without enjoying the privilege of exclusion from the
law (from eluding tax fines to forestalling criminal charges under the Penal
Code: neglect or absence of motive does not constitute grounds for exclusion of
responsibility from the act).
Therefore, and for the last time, and prior to our resorting to proper legal
procedures under our Right to gain possession of said guarantees due to us under
law and order, we call upon you to respond to and personally sign for the above
three points stated herein, and let us have your said response within such time
not exceeding the time period provided by the law for cases such as these.
We retain every legal Right of ours.
