“A monkey in silk is a monkey no less”
This popular proverb is full of wisdom and prompts us to look and see not what someone says and how someone serves it to you, but what real effect his/her actions cause. Unfortunately, many times over, when ‘the monkey wears silk’ we just see the silky outside appearance and we tend to believe that it is no longer a monkey we are dealing with, neither do we look to see whether the wearer has in fact changed. In other words, we tend to trust a term (i.e, socialism) that someone using it might claim that it truly reflects what he does, and we shy away from checking whether his actions truly conform to what the label he uses means. In this state of mind, the People were convinced that PASOK’s ascent to power after the Right, would actually change the rightist regime, and did not check to see if, beyond claims to the term ‘socialism’, the actions of PASOK were at all socialist in character (and I am referring to the total period since PASOK’s rise to power, and particularly after the second period of A. Papandreou – K.Simitis – G.Papandreou governments).
The same occurred in the case of the Mitsotakis and Karamanlis governments and even more in the case of the post-junta period, and even more in the case of the period after the fall of Nazism – and the liberation of Europe.
Of course, such a slanted view is not only the result of immaturity or wonton biased looking at things, because we all need to believe that a real change has at last come, but much more significantly, it has to do with propaganda and deliberate covering of evidence, particularly when looking retrospectively, let alone looking at the present situation.
So it is not widely well-known historically that despite the fall of Nazism and of Nazi-type justice, the allies supported and carried out the greatest part of the sentences issued on people who resisted Hitler’s regime (see executions of resistance fighters / soldiers who fought against Nazi-appointed governments in occupied lands ordered by allied courts), the redistribution of property illegally carried out under the Nazi regime and which the allies later ratified, and so on. These are all acts which showed support for the Nazi regime, despite its being formally ousted. This is not including the brilliant careers of persons who were open collaborators with the Axis powers, and who afterwards, received subsidies, privileges, gained status in the allied societies. Further, nowhere is the term ‘occupation’ referred to regarding the occupation of foreign lands / cities by the allies after their liberation by them, for a protracted time period.
If all these are put under historical scrutiny with names and other substantiating evidence, they come to fore immediately and transform the pages of history filled with supposedly glorious acts of the allies against the Axis powers, or with acts aiming to nullify Nazis (such as the liberation of concentration camps), into acts of simple propaganda to appease the claims and fulfil the expectations of the People.
At this point we should pay attention to the methodology of Goebbels’s propaganda to inebriate drive whole masses into a Nazi delirium and enforce systematic and multiple genocide while portraying it as something godly and normal:
The Goebbelish propaganda is based on extortion and manipulates fear at all levels: fear of stigmatization, fear of rejection, fear of marginalization, fear of destruction, etc.
At the same time, such propaganda is based on acts of provocation and ‘setup’ of situations, which could not have possibly have happened without the underhanded cultivation and triggering: Historically, for example, we have the arson of Reichstag (German Houses of Parliament), which was a classic and vitally important act of provocation to pave the way for the Nazi reign of power in Germany around that time.
Another example can be found in the diplomatic relations that many times afterwards were proven to have existed under false pretences (for instance, Anschluss – the annexation of Austria in Nazi Germany) but also in Sweden (where relations were based on false promises on the part of Germany that six months afterwards were trodden upon by German troops) or facts that were acts of betrayal under Reich’s orders in collaboration with other governments and were proven in the end that they were the setup for the legitimation and ‘legality’ of otherwise totally uncalled for, illegal and catachrestic, anti-humanitarian and imperialist acts.
Likewise today, when the crypto-Nazis that may carry about under the name speculators, investors, bankers, European Commission, IMF, investors, etc., terrorize via their propaganda causing fear of the collapse of world economy, setup speculation schemes to cause the most possible damage (please refer to the collapse of banks, the money exchange scheme, spreads, etc), are in cahoots with the collaborating / treasonous governments so that statistical data and economic profiles of countries spell disaster, become responsible for starting vicious circles, i.e, cutbacks leading to recession that in turn leads to further cutbacks that lead to further recession, so that they can ‘set the situation up’ to succeed at the legalizing such cutbacks: The IMF insists upon and continues to chant the mantra (the mantra being a phrase which when uttered in a special way, has the power to mesmerize the brain and direct it wherever the mantra chanter wishes) according to which the IMF have to be FREELY invited in by the government, regardless of whether they behave beforehand as they have already been invited.
In other words, the responsibility of the occupation and the invasion under plan (i.e, the official settlement of US-direct control on Greece and all US-allied collaborators such as England and Germany), take great pains so that it is shouldered by the state under occupation, precisely as the then armed Nazis demanded of Austria.
No matter how blatantly apparent the economic occupation of IMF becomes (which of course will bring on other kinds of occupations, since economy = power), it is already planned and has already been decided upon amongst the economic Nazis and the collaborating pseudo-governors (since they came to power under false pretences, having being elected on a false platform that they immediately abandoned after their election), what the Goebbelist propaganda takes great pains to achieve and stress is that Greece INVITED the IMF, which will come as a benefactor (just as Hitler entered Austria as a liberator) while the mass media will engage in an unprecedented brainwashing to convince the People that it is they (the People) who are responsible for all this, and the one who invited their economic occupiers in the first place.
Of course, due to the fact that the Greek People do not seem to accept this propaganda, there appears A. Samaras, donning the role of the ‘opposition’ to the IMF and to the actions of G. Papandreou, so as to be able to shepherd under the regime of the ‘accomplished fact’ the People who would be naturally opposed to the IMF and who will most probably demand the fall of the Papandreou government, a government however, who will have managed to undersign the economic occupation, the main reason Papandreou gained power in the elections of October 4.
The Goebbelish propaganda has foreseen all that, and the only way for such propaganda to be sniffed out is for the People to react, independently, without the mass media (TV channels, radio stations, newpapers, etc) which are all controlled by the goebbelists, so that the gagging of and the disregard towards the People (since decisions are taken in the absence of the People, as if the People do not exist, as if the People have no will, or are mentally incapable of partaking in those decisions, as if they were mere objects owned and possessed that no-one holds in any regard) stops.
It is time the People enforced their own will by means of white reaction and refusal to cooperate, a nightmare that the goebbelists and the collaborators of those Nazis try to exorcise, thinking of themselves as the only naturally-endowed humans worthy of a decent living and regarding all others as ‘subhumans’ bereft of perception and will.
