Unfortunately the game is fixed: The state deficit is not going to go down, we will never be able to break free from the condition of persistent want, there will be no improvement so that the economic straggling of the People will cease. On the contrary, the harsher the measures the People put up with and show obedience to, the heaver the state deficit will appear, the more hopeless state economics will show itself to be, and the cruelest the ‘emergency measures’ will become. And this is because no one really cares to ‘wrench Greece from its pathetic economic condition’. This ‘pathetic economic condition’ is precisely what the extremely perfidious politicians in league with the economic imperialists wish: Those imperialists who, by means of their funds not the strength of arms in this instance at least, deploy themselves to conquer us following the same scheme that cost Napoleon Bonaparte property of the French People (i.e, the Louisiana Territory) putting it up to sale to the United States of America so that he could cover a state deficit that he himself had created in the first place.
At this very moment, in other words, Greece is being put up for sale massively and in an unprecedented furor , as every traitorous minister of economy under the protection of the equally traitorous prime-minister borrows frantically while he has already made it clear that he is incapable of finding a way to pay off the already running debts, literally pawning (that’s really the meaning of the word ‘collateral’ in banking vocabulary) the State, the State Land holds, the State industries, the State production, the People, and even mortgaging the still unborn generations of Greeks.
In plain words, as we all know what happens with debts, when one can no longer pay them off, and can no longer borrow, the lender – in this case the bank, the industrialist – the large-scale investor (all those, in other words, who hide themselves under the umbrella term ‘strategic buyers’) puts up for best bid (auctions) the collateral on the basis of which the loan was made, and that collateral comes under a new proprietor. In other words, every collateral given as security for every loan has come under the discretion and ownership of foreign ‘buyers’. In other words, at every moment, every Paulson-like investor may come over and tell to the Greek people “I own you, I have bought you out”. And he will prove it furnishing all the loan receipts countersigned by every Papakonstantinou, Alogoskoufis, Papathanasiou, Arsenis, Simitis, Mitsotakis, and every such minister of economic affairs, under the blessing of his respective prime-minister since the time of the internecine civil war, and particularly since the 1967 junta.
Because the great sell-out had been scheduled to take place during the last 30-40 years, the so-called law on a minister’s exemption from liability to persecution was introduced, voted for and preserved as the pupil of the eye, and indeed was included in the Constitution: the law which in fact certifies the dissolution of the Constitution by the admission that all those politicians are exempt from legal prosecution and safe from people’s wrath or demand for lawful punishment. That is how politicians have secured their impunity.
Yet amidst the conceit that characterizes every such person who is prone to suppress, exploit and plot somebody else’s death (in other words, works to undermine others), they cannot see that the life jacket they have made to measure for themselves is precisely the noose that will garrote them. We shall explain below why the game is fixed and what purposes it fits.
We said in the introduction that not only is there no chance for the state deficit to decrease and for our exiting the state of probationary watch, but also that the harder the measures the People accept and obey, the more the state deficit will become more apparent, and the more frequent, even harder, measures will be enforced.
This is because just how big the state deficit of Greece is and where the country owes it to is a virtual reality. What every time appears as debt depends on the definition of the pertinent committees and the ministry of the economy headquarters give to it. At the time of writing of this article and according to the data which have found their way to the newspapers (see published articles in Kathimerini) at any moment the actual amount of the debt or any proportion of it may double or triple, if the particular formula that estimates such debt changes, or if its definition as to what exactly that deficit pertains to changes even if every single quantity in that formula remains unchanged. In other words, the situation that PASOK hurried to describe once it rose to power (which triggered the parade of all the foreign investors and their enforcement to such a degree) and which situation offers PASOK the pretext to further impoverish the People by means of unprecedented taxation, is a question of a formula and of a number of agreements about what it should define. The state deficit may today appear cut in half or doubled, or to be in excess by whatever amount, simply depending on a change in its calculation.
So, the more they see that the People tolerate, accepts and concede to the fact that such deficit can and will be corrected by ‘harsh adjustments’, the more this deficit will climb and will afford the excuse to those perfidious committee members who are anti-Greeks and general enemies of all Peoples (this phenomenon is not restricted only to Greece or the Greek People), to raise their demands as to what every Citizen must pay, even reaching the point of auctioning his/her property so that he/she becomes landless, moneyless and jobless for the sake of deficit that will never end.
What is the cherry on top of the treason cake?
With every explosion of the state deficit that they can trigger at every moment, the EU and every organization attached to it, such as Comission and ECF from whom Greece borrows and therefore on whom Greece increases its dependency via the endless loans that every government raises, have members or colleagues who are the private parties to whom Greece now seeks loans from – putting as collateral our life’s worth. This gives them the pretext to force Greece under a state of probation.
What is another name for probation? Siege, occupation, submission, colonization.
In other words, what they could not achieve with guns and repeated dictatorships and spells of kingships they now try to achieve by means of money, that is economic imperialism, which is another word for economic conquest. To let the Greek people know that they have been purchased because they who ruled the country or whom the People put in power to rule the country, have literally sold the country out to them.
Yet the truth is that they did not buy us out. There has been collusion of traitors from within for a fake bankruptcy to appear, just as games and bets are set up and get fixed in casinos and entire properties are spent on games that can never be won, since they never follow the true rules of the game. On purpose every state-funded firm, organization or industry stopped yielding a profit following a series of mind-boggling suicidal courses steered by managers set there by the government (almost at all times via family circles). On purpose they undermined all production precluding free market operation because they knew that in a free market Greek products would compete successfully. In other words, in every case of bankruptcy we will discover purposeful undermining, bad management, embezzlement , fraud and other financial tricks which could take place based on the provision of impunity prescribed in the law on the exemption from legal prosecution of ministers of the government.
The State did not fail. The State is being continuously driven to fail and probably some might be wondering how it is that it still stands. It is the only way to convince the Greeks to yoke themselves to and accept a ward of the once great powers: not many decades have passed when political parties were not named with any version or combination of the terms Democracy or Socialism but by the name of the national power behind the efforts to control the Greek People, such as the English, the French, the pro-German, pro-American, or the Russian Party. Today’s political parties follow religiously the suggestions or mandates coming from precisely the same sources of control.
Nothing has changed since 1920. Nothing has changed since 1947. Nothing has changed since 1967. The only thing that has changed are the efforts at manipulating the Greek people who refuses to submit and expend themselves on something that is not Greek: that is the utter serfdom and acceptance of the belief that the People should live to feed every patrician, aristocrat or cosmopolitan who has never worked even for a minute in his/her life, unless under the term ‘work’ we count participation in galas, ‘charity dinners’, in all committees of all manner and kind, such non-profit organizations, charities, societies, and every other group who ‘cares’ and amasses funds for the sake of the People, but which mysteriously can never improve anything at mass level.
But as we said the kind of persons that rejoice in living off the pain of others (every one of them optimistically announce to the People that they are going to suffer for the larger benefit of the country, but very curiously it is never the ruling class who does the suffering) and cultivate a climate of despair to the advantage of their own and their own class are not really smart. They cannot be something else since they continuously present something that is untrue and garishly lacking support as the only true and real situation, and at the same time, they themselves admit to their own crime by machinating to avoid punishment. No one who acts in good faith and has honest motives tries to cover one’s back and provide for the possibility to be discovered and get caught. In other words, in case he/she gets caught in the act of committing a crime, just as a common criminal would do, they make sure they would be able to evade persecution and punishment.
If we ask a professional (for instance, a doctor, or an architect, even an electrician) to assume responsibility for his/her actions when exercising his/her profession in case such actions cause damages or a tragedy, and be liable to criminal persecution and legal and civil action to ensure compensation (even by surrendering their right to hold office and loss of personal freedom by incarceration), we should by the same token, and pursuant to the law of equality and proportionality (which are secured not only in the Constitution but also in the Bill of Human Rights), we must ask for many times over increased responsibility from those who present themselves as capable of handling the life chances of millions of people, such as politicians, bankers, planners of social and economic policies and the similarly-titled officials.
Precisely because they know this, they tampered with the Constitution during the junta and came up with the said law which delivers them from this just and proportional accountability, which ought to be active in any State which respects the Bill of Human Rights, let alone Democracy.
And this poor trick of theirs will become their bane (as well as of the great capitalists who support the former) if and when the People ever realizes what gold lies in their hands with this law against the accountability of ministers in combination with the highlighted directives of the Constitution.
Our Constitution says that if it is dissolved in any way, defining dissolution to refer to whatever insubordination to its basic principles that by definition cannot be reversed, whatever else is acted upon once such act has taken place, is illegal by definition. Checking of the legality of a certain act and enforcement of the consequences of such act can only take place after the restitution of the Constitution and of Democracy and so, every call for limited liability or of waving of such liability can only be sustained after the necessary time since the restitution of the Constitution and Democracy has elapsed.
The law pertaining to the waving of accountability constitutes dissolution of the Constitution and Democracy because it dissolves the principle of equality and proportionality, setting a number of citizens under preferential treatment by not permitting application of the Law in their case (by setting them above the Law), let alone restricting application of the Law on all Citizens on an equal basis.
Therefore, from the moment this particular law pertaining to the legal unaccountability of ministers of the government, the Constitution has been dissolved, and up until the time this particular law is repealed, the Constitution and Democracy have been rendered inactive and in default. Therefore, whatever action has taken place since the voting of this particular law, till the time when this law is repealed, is also LAWLESS, ILLICIT AND ILLEGAL AND RUNS COUNTER TO THE CONSTITUTION. ANY SUCH ACTION CANNOT CLAIM WAVING OF LEGAL LIABILITY UNTIL THE TIME OF THE RESTITUTION OF THE DEMOCRACY OCCURS AND NOT BEFORE A SET AMOUNT OF TIME HAS ELAPSED SINCE SUCH RESTITUTION.
In other words, every usurpation, embezzlement, speculation committed by industrialists against the State, every funding, every unjust tax, every mismanagement, every buyout or exchange/offer/liquidation of National and Public property, every bankruptcy of Public Social Security or Health Insurance Office, CANNOT CLAIM WAVING OF LEGAL LIABILITY, SUCH LIABILITY IS REVERSED, AND THOSE RESPONSIBLE ARE BROUGHT TO JUSTICE WITH EVERY ADDITIONAL PENAL AND CIVIL RESTITUTION OF DAMAGES AS THE LAW DECREES, FROM THE TIME OF THE VOTING OF THE LAW (SOMETIME WITHIN THE 7-YEAR DICTATORSHIP) TILL NOW OR WHENEVER THE PEOPLE DECIDES TO OBSERVE THE ULTIMATE PROVISION OF THE CONSTITUTION AND NOT TO THE GREAT POWERS WHO FESTER ON OUR COUNTRY, HATE US AND HUMILIATE US AS THEY DRAIN OUR LIFE SOURCES SINCE WE BECAME A NATION.
What must we remember from all the above?
1. submission/discipline or tolerance to the extreme and inhumanly enforced taxation that runs counter to the national interests will only bring even harsher measures and even greater deficit which will be artificially adjustable.
2. The law on the waving of accountability of ministers of government is the secret door to the arrest and enforcement of those responsible to restore the stolen state goods and all the funds that had in the past been embezzled, for at least the past 50 years as much by the politicians as by their partners, bankers, ship-owners and industrialists.
3. Accountability cannot be waved for any action committed by anyone before restitution of the principle of equality takes place.
4. No party can proceed with this restitution except the Greek People themselves and their refusal to obey that is so much feared within and without our borders.
5. There can be no support for the charade of justice of the para-legal system and the silence of the rest of the officers of justice who come face to face with social inhumanity against which they have been sworn to fight, armed with the Constitution and the Bill of Human Rights. Justice can only be delivered by the Sovereign People and their common sense which the basis of scientific thought.
6. No politician can be trusted and is in the list of suspects for crimes against Humanity and particularly of the Greek People, by means of the schemes referred to above, but which have also been analyzed in other articles, and which we will continue to analyze.
7. No super-rich private citizen, intellectual, artist, social analyst-writer-journalist, who owns property many times over in excess of the life income of the average Citizen (within or without the country under any pretext) cannot be trusted and is also on the list of suspects where their political colluders are.

This is the only way to regain our economic and national prosperity for which we and our fathers have fought, and which we never seem to get. Only in this way will they start to fear us and respect us, they who now are under the impression that they can ridicule us with impunity and mock us saying that the Greeks are not worth it.
