In the beginning the concept of the state in modern times was the protection of the Citizen from a series of basic threats, natural as well as sociopolitical, so that the Citizen be able to live and create under this protection. Thus, in general terms during the last two centuries we have the rise of syndicalism, the founding of the concept of the Constitution, Human Rights and State of Justice.
Within these concepts and as a result of them, we have the creation of the State of Welfare and the social security/ insurance- health system for the Citizens of every state. The idea was that the Citizen would have an ensured pension and medical care through one tax-contribution which he/she would receive back in several ways and in multiples through the services the state would give as well as the pension he/she would enjoy after retirement from the work force. Generally this is the logic of taxation and theoretically through taxes is made possible every free service / offer of the state (such as free education, the use of public works, privileges of being a Citizen, free first aid for everyone, etc).
Unfortunately, a logical and common consensus has been twisted and distorted so that the tax is unbearable for the Citizen, the benefits non-existent or minimal and the concept of giving benefits is used only as a pre-election tool with the tint of charity, regardless if this money comes from the very Citizen demanding it.
Especially in the sectors of health and welfare more and more it is noted through publicity that the Citizen is used only as a serf: the only benefit granted by the taxes demanded of him/her as in blackmail, is to be allowed his/her personal freedom with or without foreclosing his/her property.
The taxes demanded by the assorted welfare state funds/cashtills are unconstitutionally high since for the majority of the Citizens they represent a percentage higher than 20% of their gross yearly income (often this percentage reaches even 60 or 70%).
It would be logical to surmise that such expensively funded by the Citizens funds would be primarily very rich and secondarily would grant the Citizens full coverage with immediate response not only of medical needs of all kinds, medication included, but also in the payment of a pension high enough to ensure wealthy living. Also, such rich funds should shoulder the help/support of their insured members in assorted cases of calamity/ disaster as is the case in private insurance policies.
However what he witness is that all the insurance/ public welfare funds declare incurable states of bankruptcy with tremendous deficits and often liquidation of the property they own or their reserve funds. Also, there is a denial to cover basic and vital medical needs of the Citizen who pays these very expensive taxes often being forced to take loans, get mortgages or liquidate property to do it. The pension paid is below poverty level or at poverty level and there is no support of preparation for the protection of the Citizen from any disaster of the personal or general level which may occur.
Also, the funds are now officially denying to pay for services already rendered by physicians, doctors and other medical staff, they are denying to pay the pharmacies even in the partial coverage of the medication they are obliged to cover and they are not willing to respond to the responsibilities they have with a multitude of excuses and/or disdain, while for the same behavior they do pursue the imprisonment of Citizens who either deny or cannot pay for the taxes they are never going to benefit from.
At the same time, these same funds that are treating the Citizens like robbery victims are lavishly and bounteously giving huge capital to ‘investments’ or ‘funding’ which are never amortized or profitable. Also, they give pensions after just a single year of labour and an unchecked statement equal to 35 years of a Citizen’s taxes to non-Greek people of all kinds who, as was announced by the mass media, do not even reside on Greek soil. Just this phenomenon alone which, always according to the mass media, is noted in tens of thousands of cases, not only reduces the capacity of giving pensions to true eligible Citizens but also reduces the amount of the pension that is paid to the true eligible ones and which could have been much higher.
Also, beyond the criminal to the level of high treason action, according to the Constitution and the Laws (since there is embezzlement and willful giving over of National property to third parties) we have the extremely high compensation of the executives placed in the helm of these state funds, to the point that the basic and declared monthly salary of such executives is equal to the monthly tax-installments of 50 Citizens for each single executive on average.
For sure, all the above take place because the Citizens have been on purpose raised by the state, as it is administered and infused by such parasitic people, to be scared and consider without checking that everything that is taking place is legal and typical. But that which is the reality is that none of it is legal or typical and in essence grounds are created for every Citizen and everyone insured to file for damages, retribution and of course the non-recurring payment of the capital denied him/her due to the above activity. Also, every Citizen can and must demand with all the means available, which are many and include judiciary ones, the exemplary punishment of everyone who contributed in any way to the fall-out of the state funds and the condition of health/welfare, not only with return of all the taxes we paid as Citizens but also with the satisfaction of the damages caused (in human and material levels) through personal incarceration and seizing of their fortunes, since they acquired it by liquidating that of the People.
