The reshuffling of the government is a tool that is given by the democratic system in the same logic of an option given to the CEO of a company to replace whoever does not meet the qualifications/ standards for a position with someone else.
That means, when used properly, than a theory has not become action, therefore there were responsibilities that were not seen to, services that were not given and mistakes that should not have been made and as such the incapable or underhanded employee is changed with someone else who is able and proper.
However, for sure this never takes place but on the contrary it is used to give a false sense of response of the government to the dissatisfaction or downright decry of the People, without there existing any other motive than fool wink the People and serve even more the agents giving life and burdening / cultivating this highly totalitarian, anti-humanistic and destructive social condition we daily experience.
If we were talking about a conscious effort of the government to reinstate order, along with the reshuffling in which no ministers and consultants who had proven themselves to be destructive/ criminal would be included, there would be a series of disciplinary action procedures against the particular people being reshuffled so that there would be justice on the one part and reinstatement of order in the act on the other.
A simple dismissal or change of position does not, primarily, mean discontented treatment of the particular individuals but a highly protective one towards them, and beneficial, since they are not being called to reimburse anything of what which they did or did not do, no wages are being withheld along with anything else necessary or have their right to participate in common affairs/ politics again revoked, but on the contrary it is clear that they will return or continue elsewhere their destructive work.
Also there are no sanctions made to any minister or even the one who is the actual liable and responsible for the good and proper function of the government, the state and the Citizens in general: the prime minister.
According to the Laws and the Constitution, the state has an organization exactly like any other company or corporation: there is the CEO who oversees on all other chielf/ directors of the several branches/ departments of the company and is the one responsible for their selection to their positions as well as for the decisions these directors take. The general director is liable to the stock holders of this company, i.e. the ones who have invested their money in it and are entitled to the gains of the company profit. To them the CEO presents himself, reports and takes up full responsibility for everything that has taken place, and takes the legal (civil and criminal) consequences in the case that he or some others of his directors do not do their job properly or are found guilty of criminal action. After he has taken up responsibilities and has paid for everything that has happened, this faulty CEO is sacked for ever and is considered ‘burned’ in the market in general (i.e. nobody hires him not only as CEO but even as a simple employee).
The CEO is very intimidated by the stock holders and his first concern is to keep them happy, demonstrating that he is doing the job he took up.
The same goes for the state: the CEO is the prime minister and is the disciplinary overseer for all the ministers, and as such liable not only for his own actions but also for those of all the people he picked for every post and whom he orders to see to have the general strategy the prime minister has picked followed by all posts, and therefore wholly lead the state to the goals its stock holders, the People, have agreed to.
A need to have a reshuffling means that the prime minister has already blatantly failed in the following areas, all vital and each one enough to get him blacklisted for ever should he manage to keep his freedom, his fortune and his political rights:
1. choice of human resources: the prime minister fully failed the test of properly choosing staff members, i.e. the people who would be trusted and able Citizens with the right qualifications and the proper experience proving each one’s skills to benefit not themselves and their own, but the social group in its entirety.
2. choice of proper strategy: the prime minister fully failed in the trial of strategy choice which would yield beneficial conditions of living for all Citizens without exception and demonstrated that he isn’t even able to realize the fact.
3. application of strategy: the prime minister fully failed to coordinate and discipline his subordinates and demonstrated he hasn’t even the capacity to oversee them so that they don’t fall into misgivings, law-breaking and crimes. On the contrary he has demonstrated he has no spunk or force or clout to not succumb to the assorted pressures and exchanges demanded, in essence becoming the mouthpiece of a few of his subordinates.
4. he has shown complete non-credibility and inability to guarantee anything to the point that he becomes farcical when he ‘guarantees’ something, and everyone is certain that the guarantee is the opposite will take place.
That is to say, if we assume that the prime minister at this moment is acting ‘in good faith’ then according to the simplest of tests and trials of human resources and intelligence the prime minister:
1. is completely incompetent in business management
2. is completely inappropriate and incompetent for staff selection
3. is completely inappropriate and incompetent to protect the interests of the business
4. is completely inappropriate in inspiring respect as a personality and discipline in his subordinates
5. is completely irresponsible, has no concept of reality to the point it is fully obvious to everyone.
6. is without morals since he doesn’t feel he’s bound by his own word and promises, as has been ascertained several times in the past five years. Also, he lies continuously with the same unabashed behavior he had in the IFT Expo in 2007, after the fires that literally deforested a great percentage of the country with his tolerance/ apathy/ consent.
In the case where, as is for sure more likely, he does not act ‘in good faith’ but for other interests and his own benefit against the People he has sword to serve after his own application and constant plea through great expenses paid by the people in pre-elections, the prime minister, according to the basic tests of human resources and intelligence:
1. is an anti-social, diseased, criminal nature according to the DSMIV (the book containing all psychological pathologies and diseases)
2. is of a medium, at best, intelligence since he has no capacity to cover the crimes he commits but instead leaves them exposed.
3. is brash and without limits, as he has repeatedly proven through his orders according to which his financial subordinates have acted (see ministries of finance, development, social insurance, specially appointed chiefs and directors/ principals/ general secretaries/ public benefit enterprises directors )
4. is obviously immoral even in the cases of the breaching of the basic moral Code (e.g. sexual exploitation and sexual blackmail due to governmental authority he gave and later supported and imposed on everyone)
5. is obviously a protector of criminals of the simple Criminal Code (see embezzlement and direct theft of state funds not only from public benefit enterprises and public insurance but also from exchange highly harmful to the state)
6. is traitorous and anti-Greek not only in essence (with undermining/ being accessory before the fact/ being an accomplice, covering up and abetting those liquidating or giving away national property and altering to the worse the social conditions in which Greeks live)
Beyond the above profile, his behavior regarding his presence as well as the taking up of responsibility shows great cowardice since he allows others to seem as the only culpable ones for every scandal and crime and if possible completely disappears from the political forefront (as in the Zahopoulos case, the Vatopedion case, the great fires case) until the people ‘settles down’ or focuses the wrath to one or two expendable people.
The fact that the reshuffling took place at this time and moment that the People and their wrath has begun focusing on himself is a confirmation of the above. The fact that in the reshuffling people descended by specific family dynasties from the days of the Turkish Occupation, the kotzabasides (official overseers appointed by the Turks) and colonialism (see Hatzigakis/ Averof dynasty, Petralias/ Petralias dynasty, Samaras/ Benakis dynaty, Bakogiannis/ Mitsotakis family, and others) shows his effort to satisfy this sort of power holders and their circles while trying to gain time by fooling the People.
Because he has shown his determination to remain in power at all costs and become imposed on the People without even clever moves, as predecessors of his whom he tries to copy like Andreas Papandreou, it forebodes the great risk he is for the People because finally the only way to remain legally in power and avoid elections and democratic proceedings: the creation of a great/ top priority National problem (of external or internal nature) that will put the country in a state of extreme measures, with everything that this means.
