Continuing on our last article on the imprisonment policy of simple Citizens of mainly middle and lower classes by the head of prosecution authorities in Greece G. Sanidas according to which thousands will be imprisoned without being a hazard to the security or health/life of Citizens, his superior, the minister of Justice S. Hatzigakis confirmed that this dictatorial policy is state policy and not a singular impact of a single personality.

S. Hatzigakis went forth to extremely speedy, summary and highly pressuring procedures so that he will release 4,000 prisoners before Christmas 2008, which is in less than one months, while his subordinate G. Sanidas will imprison Citizens with a blank criminal record who have already gone through a financial suffocation in all levels by the same administration.

The identity of these 4,000 inmates, most likely all of the simple criminal code (i.e. criminals against the person such as robbers, rapists and murderers), remains unknown except of one: the ex-dictator D. Ioannidis who already has on his hands the blood of the Polytechnic 1973 victims and the occupation of Cyprus with its numerous dead and missing (the long-spanning and continuous occupation of the island and Greek fortune from the Turkish).

According to the legislation which covertly and with at least irregular and suspiciously speedy procedures the minister of Justice is trying to use, the dictator will be freed along with drug dealers and other criminals who have committed crimes serious enough to be against not just Greeks but also Humanity.

The above consists the real target of the communicative plan of the last week when all the mass media broadcasted huge propaganda regarding the necessity of relieving the prisons and addressing the living conditions there, fact which of course is important and concerns Human Rights. The solution suggested with pure criminal irresponsibility, if not malice, and with conditions justifying the charge of accessory before the fact for any crime committed by anyone of these 4,000 inmates (from coup to terrorist attacks to robberies, rapes, murders, destructions and other similar incidents), does not serve Human Rights as those of the Citizens not in custody are breached. If the government and the President of the Democracy (who personally made reference to the matter in favour of the government position) were truly interested in defending the Human Rights of the inmates and relieving the prisons, they would go on to deport all the immigrants and illegal immigrants back to their countries of origin, as well as using funds invested uselessly for needless equipment in buildings they are giving away to convents and off shore companies to instead equip and expand the reformatory institutions better.

The blatant and abusive, highly dangerous policy (imprisonment of Citizens with a clean criminal record and release of criminals against Humans and fortunes) by the government shows its real, actual face as junta or even fascist, preparing the ground with an army of criminals for any skirmish on any level ( from attacks by “known unknowns” to the types of terrorists in Mumbai of India).
