A report from the television channel MEGA briefly announced that the State revoked all the financial measures which had not already been applied for the protection and aid of the inhabitants of the villages of Ileia which had been ravaged by the fire and completely destroyed regarding agricultural and stock raising facilities and fields, as well as domiciles. People living in Ileia reported that:
1. agriculturalist from the state went to autopsy (exactly what aspect of the disaster is not clear) a year after the great fires of last August.
2. there is no aid (financial or actual) beyond the initial deposit of some money and therefore the earth is not yet ready to yield crops which will financially sustain the fire victims and their families. Regarding stock raising, there are no facilities nor the financial capacity to rebuild them so the animals will be protected from the cold of the approaching winter.
3. the goods which the inhabitants of Ileia have managed to have available to sell, such as raisins, are not channeled to the market nor facilitated in their availability so that the people of this area will be given a chance to stand back on their feet after this disaster from which the state did not protect them.
Older stories in several channels have also reported that the fire victims rendered homeless because of the fires (often whole villages) live not in proper domiciles, as is their right as Greek Citizens (according to the constitution and the state laws as well as the bill of Human Rights) but in containers like lifeless merchandise. It has also been reported that the benefit that was given to them after the fires was revoked and the money taken (or demanded) from their accounts.
The above behavior, which repeatedly has been noted in the cases of victims of fires, earthquakes and floods in Greece, constitutes a blatant breach of the Greek Constitution and the Human Rights, fact which calls for ex proprio motu persecution of all who signed or allowed the above. This includes the prime minister, the ministers of internal affairs, health and welfare, finances, environment and justice as well as everyone who as councils or committees gave the chance for these Rights breaches to take place. In case the filing does not happen ex proprio motu a written report must be filed to the district attorney, who, should he do nothing upon being formally informed, must be sued for bad exercise of his function. The same hold for the President of the Democracy and the Court of Auditors of the state, because if they do not charge, as the Constitution demands, the fact that the state instead of protecting and establishing the reinstatement of the financially and actually victimized Citizens at least at the former level of quality of life they were maintaining, then they are guilty of non-fulfillment of their duties and of aiding and abetting criminals against the Citizens and the land.
