The unbelievable story of Thanassis Deligiannis, who was transferred to two public hospitals due to inefficiency of staff or capacity to deal with a simple case of anaphylactic (allergic) shock and who ended up a victim of a car crash in the National Road of Patras-Corinth, charges two blatant breaches of the Constitution (article 2 par. 1,5 par. 2 and 5) and of Human Rights and gives the capacity for ex proprio motu persecution as well as civil charges against everyone responsible regarding health coverage and provision schemes (specifically against the doctor who refused to properly look after the child, the hospital staff responsible that did not transfer the child with an ambulance or other hospital means, the responsible hospital director, the ministry administration allowing for the insufficient staffing of hospitals for which the Greek People play and which the constitution orders for all the Greek Citizens without exception to have access to) as well as all the responsible parties for the correct maintenance/ design/ construction of the streets and the upkeep of the security measures that the streets require (in particular, against the ministries of Development, Transport and Public Works, the ones signing the studies, supervisors/ inspectors for the proper construction of the work as well as the company responsible for doing this work).

It is projected through the media that when the culpable ones are many, nobody can be indicted because for some odd reason ‘it is required’ to have just one culpable party. According to reality, however, and according to all the rules and laws, justice is supposed to prosecute all without exception the culpable parties of a crime as well as the accessories before the fact (by negligence or will) who are involved. In this case, since according to the media one culprit is needed, the culprit is the prime minister K. Karamanlis and his predecessor(s) during the construction of the road. The prime minister is the number 1 culprit and responsible party because he has sworn himself and has taken upon himself according to the constitution and his oath to defend and upkeep the lives of Greek Citizens daily.
